with equipment and processes serving diverse markets from its facilities in Middlefield,

Scientific Molding
• Rheology studies for optimum velocity of first-stage injection
• We optimize injection pressure, injection velocity, transfer position,
fill time, pack, and hold pressure and then conduct a gate seal study
to determine pack time.
• Pressure transducers inside the cavities to monitor cavity pressure
• Correlate good parts with process measurements
• Once the process is stabilized and acceptable parts are produced,
this becomes a “Locked Process”, which correlates to good parts.
