COMPANY
Sienta La Cabeza is a company from Barcelona that was founded in 2001 by the Brazilian
hairdresser Fafá Franco and Scottish musician Nick Prescott. Together they combined hairdressing,
art and music in a live street performance and created the show “Sienta la Cabeza”.
A year later they were joined by the Ibizian sculptress Cécile Ribas, and the present format of two
hairdressers and a DJ was established. Her participation in the company until 2008 contributed to
the artistic and aesthetic development of the show. Currently the Brasilian actress Tatiana Da Silveira
collaborates with the group as artistic hairdresser.
Over the last eight years the show has been performed to a wide variety of audiences at festivals
and events in Spain and Europe, and recently further afield in places such as Mexico, Brasil, Central
America and Asia.

SYNOPSIS
Get your head together!
An artistic hairdressing show with a musical groove.
The Catalan group from Barcelona takes an excentric and
colourful beauty salon onstage, where creation and fantasy
have no limit. With two hairdressers and a DJ, the show
recycles and transforms quotidian things into unique objects
that give the final touch to the stunning head sculptures created live on the more daring members of the public.
Together with the music, the hairstyles recreate a universe full
of fantasy where the wildest dreams are possible. Sienta la
Cabeza combines hairdressing and art to give a new meaning
to audience participation, whilst the music creates an exotic
soundtrack that adds dimension and colour to creation of the
hairstyles.
Literally a show that will make your hair stand on end, this is
for you to see , hear, and try... if you dare!
