Touring & Cruise Vacations: Enjoy savings of up to $200 per
person if you book your vacation before the early booking dates
that are noted on each tour itinerary. This offer can be combined

Winter Longstays: Book a longstay vacation to Florida or Myrtle
Beach 6 months in advance and save! On a trip that is 24 days
or longer, save $75 per person. On a 17-day trip, save $50 per
person, and on a 10-day trip, save $25 per person. This offer can
be combined with denuros redemption and the “Take Multiple
Vacations in 2016” promotion.
Children Travel
for Free
Travel by DeNureTours motorcoach to your longstay vacation
in Daytona Beach in August 2016, and you can bring your
youngsters for no charge! The recommended age is 8 – 16 years.
One child per paying adult, maximum 4 people per room. Adults
must be at least 25 years of age. This offer cannot be combined
with other Travel With Family group discounts and adults must be
paying guests, not redeeming denuros for a FREE trip.

Take Multiple Vacations
in 2016
On Cruises or Touring Vacations, you can sign up for our Twin
Share Program. Call early to have your name listed and increase
your chances of finding a suitable match. This program is not
available for Winter Longstay vacations to Florida or Myrtle Beach.
Book two or more trips (each a minimum of 7 days in duration)
and save $50 per person for each of the second, third and fourth
trips. This can be combined with ‘Book Early’ savings, and denuros
redemption. A separate deposit is required for each reservation, but
this does not apply to free trips acquired with denuros.

accommodation is offered at a Toronto airport hotel. The
same complimentary accommodation is also available at the
following locations: Howard Johnson in Lindsay, Holiday Inn

Western in St. Catharines, Courtyard by Marriott in London
and Comfort Inn in Sarnia. Parking while you are away is
based on availability and may have an additional charge.

This is a relaxed type of stay-put holiday where you can choose
to relax in your hotel room, and/or enjoy a day on your own. Our
Winter Longstay destinations fall into this category, although many
participants take part in more demanding optional activities.

Travellers could be required to walk a distance of up to 500 metres
(1,600 feet) on fairly level terrain. Walking one flight of stairs with
railings may be necessary. There is time during the day for you to rest
on your own. Ocean cruising would fall into this category, although

Travellers will occasionally have to walk on uneven surfaces or get on
and off boats or trains. Tours on the itinerary may include periods of
up to an hour of walking at a gentle pace. There may also be a few
one-night stays, but often the majority of your trip is spent in just a
handful of hotels. Most of our North American sightseeing tours fall
into this category.

Any daytime rest is taken while travelling on the motorcoach from

These destinations offer very limited accessibility and guests can
expect to experience uneven surfaces (i.e. cobblestones) or hilly
ground on a regular basis. This level applies to many of our overseas
tours as many historical landmarks tend to demand greater effort to

options are scarce in some remote areas.

Offering classic ambience and cosy cabins with upper and lower bunk
sleepers, the cars on “The Canadian” evoke memories of times gone by.

The cabin for two is perfect for two people. The unit has bunk beds that
fold into the wall and ceiling (upper and lower berths), two power outlets,
an enclosed toilet and sink with hot and cold water and a separate faucet
for drinking water. During the day two comfortable leather seats are set up.
Changeovers are done by the VIA Rail attendant. Sleeper cars have shower
rooms and each cabin is stocked with towels and toiletries.

Newfoundland’s beautiful natural wonders.
Ruggedly beautiful Gros Morne National Park
offers countless photo opportunities. A designated
UNESCO World Heritage Site, you’ll enjoy the park
from the water on a boat trip that will help you
appreciate the fjords, waterfalls, and wildlife. Keep
an eye out to spot one of the more than 120,000
moose on the island! Board a catamaran for a
cruise to the Witless Bay Ecological Preserve, home
to Canada’s largest population of humpback whales
and nearly 500,000 Atlantic Puffins.
Gros Morne National Park
Visits to Newfoundland’s many significant cultural
sites will delight history buffs. Spend time in St.
Anthony, home of Sir Wilfred Grenfell’s medical
mission. Here, learn the story of Grenfell’s influence
on the social, medical, and economic climate of
the early 1900s – Grenfell built the province’s

For the nature lover, a trip out to the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve is
a must. Comprised of four small islands, this reserve is one of nature’s
greatest wonders anywhere on earth. The Islands were originally designated
a wildlife reserve in 1964, but they became the Witless Bay Ecological
Reserve in 1983.
In the summer, it is home to millions of seabirds that come to shore to
nest and raise their young on the four islands. The Reserve contains North
America’s largest Atlantic puffin colony. More than 260,000 pairs of the
province’s official bird nest here during the late spring and summer.
A boat tour to the Reserve is the best way to capture the beauty of
Newfoundland’s seabirds. Although home to the Atlantic Puffin, the waters

Prime Berth Twillingate Fishery & Heritage Centre is a private interpretive
museum and craft studio created by David Boyd as a tribute to his fisher
forefathers. David has never forgotten the priceless time spent and the

All of the advantages of the denuros rewards program apply

How it works
You earn denuros every time you travel with us. The number of
denuros you earn depends on the value of the trip you take. For
example, on a $2,000 trip, you would earn 100 denuros. Denuros
are offered on the tour price.
There is no expiry date for your denuros, they just continue to
accumulate with each trip you take. A denuro is worth $1. If you
accumulate 500 denuros, you have $500 in your account.
How do I know how many denuros I have?
Our records reflect your past travel history and we track your
denuro balance. You can check your balance by calling our office
or you can e-mail us at: [email protected].
Redeem your denuros for a 5% discount!
You can redeem denuros to reduce the price of your trip by 5%
up to a maximum of $100 per person – there is no need to watch
for special dates, you can simply redeem them whenever you
make your reservation.
Free trips!
Once you have accumulated enough to cover the entire cost of
a trip, you can use denuros as payment. There are a limited
number of seats held for this purpose, so we recommend you
book early.

Payment
Once you have made a booking, payment is requested in advance
of travel. DeNureTours has the right to cancel your reservation
if payments are not received, and can withhold any payments
already made. Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, VISA or
MasterCard. A deposit holds your reservation and is requested
within 10 days of booking. See the chart below for deposit, final
payment requirements and cancellation charges.
After putting down a deposit to reserve your holiday, you can pay
off your balance in installments of your choosing, so long as the
balance is paid in full by the required date (see the chart below).
Cancellation Charges
There is a minimum $50 per person cancellation charge (see
chart below). If DeNureTours cancels a departure, all money is
refunded if no suitable alternative is chosen.
Cancellation charges will apply if you need to cancel your trip and
the amount of the charge is dependent upon the date you notify
us of your cancellation in relation to your departure date. If you
must cancel, please notify DeNureTours immediately to minimize
the cancellation penalties as shown in the chart below.
By purchasing Cancellation Insurance you can avoid penalties
in the event that a medical emergency causes you to cancel. If
you must leave your tour early, DeNureTours does not refund the
value of the unused portion of your trip.
Travel Agent fees and cancellation charges may also apply.
DeNureTours is not responsible for other travel arrangements
that your party has made outside the DeNure vacation, which are
affected by cancellation.
Changes
After your deposit has been received, any change to your
reservation incurs a $50 service fee per person. This is in addition
to any change/cancellation fees that may be imposed by other
parties such as airlines and cruise lines.

Travel Insurance
Guests should not travel outside of the province without
adequate medical and cancellation insurance. DeNureTours has
a preferred supplier for medical and cancellation insurance.
Travel Guard provides quality travel insurance options and have
a global network of travel and emergency assistance services
to help when you are most in need, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. DeNureTours offers a range of choices including a
complete package, medical only, cancellation only, insurance for
individual tours, or even medical insurance as an annual plan.
The cost of medical insurance varies depending on your age
and medical condition. The cost of cancellation insurance
varies depending on the value of the vacation purchased.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
DeNureTours Cancellation Protection Plan
The DeNureTours Cancellation Protection Plan safeguards the
financial investment you have made in your holiday. Offered
on our motorcoach touring vacations only, this plan guarantees
a full refund of all payments if you are unable to take your
vacation for any reason. You may cancel right up to the day of
departure without penalty. Premiums are due with your deposit
and are non-refundable.
This protection is not available on cruise tours or overseas
vacations. On North American touring vacations with flights,
the Plan is only applicable to the land portion of your holiday.
The Cancellation Protection Plan does not include trip
interruption insurance or medical insurance.

Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read and fully understand these conditions. Your
payment of a deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are based on costs, tariffs, prices,
airfares, taxes, levies, exchange rates, and other considerations calculated at
the time of brochure production, August 1, 2015. All are subject to change.
No surcharges regarding cost or currency fluctuations will be made to the
land only price once your deposit is received. However, airport taxes, fuel
surcharges and taxes, charges and levies imposed by a government or agency
may be passed on at any time even after the deposit is received and until your
vacation is paid for in full. If the total price increases by more than 7% you will
have the option to cancel without penalty if you notify us within 7 days of the
date we notified you of the surcharge.
Publication Errors
We try to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of printing. However,
typographical, illustrative, or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to
correct any errors without notice.
Our Responsibility
It is our intention to operate all tours as described. Operational situations
occasionally force changes and we reserve the right to make adjustments
where necessary.
We have made arrangements with independent parties beyond our direct
control to provide you with the travel services offered. We cannot be
responsible for the acts or omissions of these parties, or anyone other than
DeNureTours employees. DeNureTours reserves the right to make changes in
the published itinerary whenever conditions warrant, or if deemed necessary
for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour.
When travelling outside Canada, you may find different living standards,
practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and
accommodation.
DeNureTours will not be liable for any loss or damage, injury or death that
occurs as a result of government actions, terrorism, acts of God, late arrivals,
missed connections and other factors beyond our direct control. In the
event a departure must be cancelled or rescheduled, DeNureTours shall
have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the guest
to DeNureTours. DeNureTours does not accept liability for any carrier’s
cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline or
other ticket.
Travelling with Mobility Aids (walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, oxygen)
Please advise DeNureTours if you plan on travelling with a walker, wheelchair
or scooter. With advance notice, DeNureTours motorcoaches can be modified
to carry one scooter, and a limited number of wheelchairs and walkers. All are
accommodated on a first-come first-served basis. For their own protection,
DeNureTours staff is not permitted to provide assistance in lifting scooters or
guests. If you require assistance that cannot be provided by your travelling
companion, we will need to discontinue your trip.
Activity Buses in Longstay destinations: All mobility aids must be stored in the
lower storage areas of activity buses. Full dimensions of this compartment are
18” high, 48” wide, and 24” deep.
If you are travelling with oxygen, or require the assistance of a service dog,
special steps must be taken to prepare staff and fellow travellers, and even
adapting the motorcoach, and it is important that DeNureTours be notified at
the time of booking. If you require services of a personal nature such as eating,
toileting or dressing, you must travel with a companion who can provide such

assistance. Neither fellow guests, nor DeNureTours employees will be available
for such purpose. If you require special assistance that cannot be provided by
a person accompanying you, we may be unable to accept your reservation.
Guests must ensure they are capable of the physical demands of travel.
In accordance with the requirements of the “Accessibility for Ontarians with
Disabilities Act,” DeNureTours maintains an Accessible Customer Service
Plan. Details of this Plan can be found on our website (www.denuretours.
com) under the “Our Company” tab, or they are available upon request by
contacting our office.
Guest’s Responsibility
DeNureTours reserves the right to terminate the vacation (or remaining part
thereof) of any guest whose inappropriate actions or conduct adversely affects
others, including other guests, employees of DeNureTours, and employees
of partner establishments. A DeNureTours staff member will make that
determination, and if the vacation is terminated, there will be no refund for any
unused portion, and all costs of returning to the point of embarkation will be
borne by the guest.
DeNureTours reserves the right to deny your reservation. You must at all times
comply with the laws, customs, and drug regulations of countries visited.
Identification
Passports are required for all travel outside of Canada. For cruises and
overseas tours, your passport must be valid for 6 months after your
vacation return date and you may require visas. Different countries require
different citizenship documentation and although we will advise you of the
requirements, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper documentation.
Travelling within Canada requires government issued photo identification.
DeNureTours will not be responsible for passengers denied access to any
country, or for re-entry into Canada. To facilitate border crossing, please keep
your identification with you. Please note that entry into another country may be
refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
Obtaining and carrying these documents is your responsibility. DeNureTours
will not be responsible for obtaining required travel documentation for any
guest, or for delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your
vacation related to immigration related issues.
Connections Program
Depending on where you live, we assist with arrangements so you can
begin your vacation refreshed. Either a complimentary or subsidized taxi, a
complimentary pre-tour hotel, or a transportation credit is offered.
For guests travelling on a twin (double) fare, the same service is offered to
each partner whether it is a taxi fare from one address or sharing a hotel
room. For partners with different addresses, extra taxi charges will apply. If you
require accommodation upon your return, additional charges will apply. For
taxi fares outside the complimentary zone, a subsidized fare may be available.
All pre-tour hotels (except the Comfort Inn in Sarnia) offer complimentary
parking for up to 17 days for guests who stay the night prior to their trip.
The Connections Program is not included unless flights are booked through
DeNureTours.
Travelling by Motorcoach
The coach makes plenty of stops for you to stretch your legs, grab a bite to eat
and use the washroom. Our guests tell us that they appreciate the cleanliness
of our coaches, and in the past we have refrained from allowing any eating on
the coach. However, we now invite guests to eat packaged snacks providing
they are not dairy products or chocolate coated. Since the coach stops
regularly for meal stops, we ask that guests do not bring meal items on the
bus such as burgers, fries, pizza, subs or food that has a strong smell, and
that any drinks be in containers with screw-on lids. All coaches are washroom
equipped and regular comfort stops are made.
On all touring vacations, seating is subject to availability and is assigned on
a first-come, first-served basis. Single travellers are seated with other single
travellers. On Sunshine Express vacations, seats are assigned for both the
southbound and northbound portions of your trip, and although we try to avoid
changes, seat numbers could change before departure.
On touring vacations, DeNureTours employs a daily seat rotation system
that is designed to offer each guest different viewing positions from the
motorcoach. We do not set aside a special seat for those who do not wish to
take part in the rotation.

Flight Arrangements
On touring vacations that begin and/or end with a flight, transfers to your
first hotel from the airport, and from your last hotel to the airport are
complimentary for guests who purchase their airfare through DeNureTours.
If guests make their own flight arrangements, DeNureTours can assist with
transfer details, but there may be an additional cost. The Connections
Program is not included unless flights are booked through DeNureTours.
When booking a vacation that includes flights, your reservation will require
your full legal name as it is shown on government-issued identification. For
flights outside of Canada, we require your passport number, date it was
issued, where it was issued, and its expiry date. Once a flight is booked it is
non-refundable and any changes to name or details may not be possible or
may be charged penalties by the airline.
Many airlines now charge for pre-assigning seats. Where pre-assigned seats
are not offered, guests must contact the airline directly to arrange seating
assignment, and it may be subject to an additional fee. Seating is solely
under the airline’s control, as are itinerary changes due to flight delays and
scheduled changes. Flight delays, flight cancellations and schedule changes
are the responsibility of the airline. DeNureTours will not be responsible or
liable for such delays or rescheduling, or any additional charges that may be
involved. Special meal requests, where available on airlines, can be requested
at time of booking. DeNureTours cannot guarantee the request will be granted.
Luggage
On all vacations, one carry-on bag is permitted, with dimensions not exceeding
16”x 12”x 8”(40 x 30 x 20cm). On sightseeing vacations, a single piece of
luggage is allowed with dimensions not exceeding 30”x 18”x 10” (76 x 46 x
25cm) and weight not exceeding 50lbs (23kg). On Winter Longstay vacations,
two pieces of luggage are permitted. The tour price includes luggage handling
at all hotels upon arrival and at departure.
If your vacation involves a flight, you will be subject to the luggage size and
weight restrictions imposed by the air carrier. With your travel documents,
DeNureTours will advise you of the luggage restrictions and cost per checked
bag. Airline baggage fees may apply and are not included in the tour price.
Although DeNureTours staff is careful with your luggage, please ensure that
your luggage is in a condition sufficient to withstand the normal loading,
unloading and delivery process. DeNureTours does not accept liability for
damage to luggage such as: broken wheels or feet, lost pull straps, damage to
retractable luggage handles, or damage resulting from over-packing luggage.
Accommodation
The hotel names and cruise ships we have listed are published in good faith.
Occasionally, accommodation substitutions will be required and in such a
case, DeNureTours will provide a substitute of a similar or better standard
than those named. On North American touring vacations, where we may use a
number of different hotels in transit to our destination, hotels may be listed as
“TBA.” Please advise DeNureTours or your travel agent of any special requests
regarding accommodation at time of booking.

Itinerary Variations
DeNureTours strives to improve vacation itineraries, services and features. If
improvements can be made, or if circumstances beyond our control make
it necessary to make changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries. On
vacations that include cruises, the ship or its itinerary may be changed for
operational reasons by the cruise line.
Tour Price
All prices listed are per person and are in Canadian dollars.
Winter Longstay prices include: luxury air-conditioned motorcoach
transportation with washroom and Wifi access (where available),
accommodation, local activities, shuttle transportation at destination, luggage
handling (except at airports), services of a DeNureTours representative,
specified meals and all taxes.
Touring vacation prices include: luxury air-conditioned motorcoach
transportation with washroom and Wifi access (where available), well-situated
overnight accommodation, luggage handling (except at airports), services of
a Tour Director, host or local guides, as well as all sightseeing, some meals,
welcome and farewell dinners (where specified), airport transfers (conditions
apply) and service charges as specified in your itinerary. HST is only
applicable on vacations that overnight in Canada.
Cruise vacation prices include: ship accommodation, luggage handling
(except at airports), services of a Tour Director or host, shipboard gratuities,
meals, dining reservations, and service charges as specified in your itinerary.
Vacations that involve a cruise may be subject to a fuel surcharge imposed by
the cruise line, and these charges are not included in the vacation price.
“Create Your Own Memories”
In order to enhance your experience on certain tours, we offer an exciting
array of additional optional excursions and activities, that we have called the
“Create Your Own Memories” program. These excursions and activities are
optional and are offered at either special prices or at no extra charge. These
must be booked in advance, and have been carefully chosen to coincide with
highlights available at the time of your visit. A detailed list and cost of these
excursions will be included with your travel documentation.
Gratuities
A suggested gratuity of $4 per person per day for Tour Directors and
motorcoach Drivers, and $2 per person per guide for a local city guide (or
equivalent in local currency) is simply a guideline. When meals are included
in the tour price, the gratuity is also included. For meals and beverages that
are not included in the vacation price, your Tour Director will advise you on the
recommended tipping.
Data Protection
To process your reservation, DeNureTours will need personal information
including your name, address, telephone number, email address, passport
number, date of birth, citizenship, and information you have disclosed
regarding health, medical, dietary, mobility, and other special requirements.
This personal information may be passed on to other suppliers of your
travel arrangements in addition to public authorities (such as customs and
immigrations), and security organizations as required by law. In making your
booking, you consent to your personal data being passed to relevant third
parties as set out above.
DeNureTours may also use your personal information to review and improve
our services, and may contact you (by post, email and/or telephone) about
other vacations and services offered by DeNureTours. If you do not want to
receive this information please advise us.
Lost and Found
Items left behind on a tour will be returned at the owner’s expense.
