Jeune Sommelier konkurrencen starter med konkurrencedeltagernes ankomst til
København onsdag den 17. september 2014, hvor de indkvarteres, og om aftenen
bydes der på middag i en af Københavns kendte restauranter, le Sommelier.
Torsdag den 18. september 2014 er der sightseeing for konkurrencedeltagerne med
besøg på en dansk vingård og smagning af gårdens egne vine, men også andre dansk
producerede vine, og senere sluttes turen med smagning af dansk øl.
Om aftenen er der middag på Bistro Boheme for deltagerne i
konkurrencen samt for deltagerne i Chapitret. Her vil de veloplagte
deltagere få lejlighed til at prøve et af Københavns stilfulde
spisesteder. Bistro Boheme er kendetegnet ved professionalisme, og
køkkenstilen er fransk med et asiatisk fusionstouch. Fredag den 19. september er der bustur for deltagerne i Chapitret i det smukke
Nordsjælland til Frederiksborg slot, hvor der er arrangeret rundvisning.
Deltagerne får indblik i slottets historie med særlig vægt på den kulinariske
udvikling gennem slottets 400 årige historie. Efter rundvisningen er der
mulighed for at nyde en ægte dansk frokost, bestående af smørebrød, øl og
snaps på spisestedet Leonora, lige ved slottet.
Om aftenen er der festmiddag på xx for deltagerne i Jeune Sommelier
konkurrencen, der har konkurreret i de forskellige discipliner i løbet af dagen, samt for deltagerne i
Chapitret.
Lørdag den 20. september byder på tur med båd rundt i Københavns kanaler,
hvor der er mulighed for at se byen fra en helt anden side. Turen slutter med
vinsmagning og frokost på den kendte restaurant Kanalen. I
Introniseringen og den
efterfølgende galamiddag finder
sted på Sølyst. Sølyst er et
landsted i Klampenborg med en
meget spændende historie. De
højloftede, klassiske stuer i
palæet, den kongelige skydebane
og den charmerende park udgør de smukke rammer omkring Chapitrets højdepunkt.
Der arrangeres buskørsel til og fra Sølyst.
Chapitret afsluttes med en afskedsreception søndag den 21. september. En festlig anledning for deltagerne til
at tage afsked med hinanden efter nogle spændende dage i København.
The Jeune Sommelier competition starts with the participants' arrival in Copenhagen on Wednesday 17
September 2014, where they are taken to their hotel, and later to dinner in one of Copenhagen's famous
restaurants, le Sommelier.
On Thursday 18 September 2014 the contestants are taken on a sightseeing of Copenhagen and a visit to a
Danish winery where they are to test the farm's own wine, but also other Danish produced wines. Later
during the trip they will be testing different types of Danish beer.
In the evening, dinner will be held at Bistro Boheme for the participants of the competition as well as the
participants in the Chapitre. Here, the enthusiastic participants have the opportunity to try one of
Copenhagen's stylish restaurants. Bistro Boheme is characterized by professionalism, and the kitchen style is
French with an Asian fusion touch.
On Friday 19 September there is a bus tour for the participants in the Chapitre to the beautiful North Zealand
with a visit to Frederiksborg Castle. The participants will hear about the castle's history with special
emphasis on the culinary development through the castle's 400 year history. After the tour there is an
opportunity to enjoy an authentic Danish lunch consisting of sandwiches, beer and snaps to eat in restaurant
Leonora, close to the castle.
In the evening banquet will be held at xx for participants in the Jeune Sommelier Competition, who have
competed in the various disciplines during the day, as well as the participants in the Chapitre.
Saturday 20 September features a boat trip around the canals of Copenhagen, where it is possible to see the
city from a completely different side. The tour ends with a wine tasting of Danish wines and lunch at the
famous restaurant Kanalen.
The induction and subsequent gala dinner takes place at Sølyst. Sølyst is a country house in Klampenborg
with a very interesting history. The high-ceilinged, classic living rooms in the mansion, the royal shooting
range and the charming park is the beautiful environment around one of the peak events of the Chapitre.
There will be bus service to and from Sølyst.
The Chapitre finishes with a farewell reception on Sunday, 21 September. A festive occasion for participants
to take leave of each other after some exciting days in Copenhagen.
