The sealed,forced draftdesign provides
optimum draft for controlled combustion, eliminating the need for high chimneys or mechanical equipment
to artificial$ induce proper draft.
The sectional construction of the
PF-5 Seriesmakes it ideal for use in
installations where the boiler room is
not easily accessibledue to structural
limitations. In addition to being
shippedas individual sections the
boiler is availablewith factorv-assembled sections or as a comptetelypackaged unit. The packagedunit is
fastenedto a steel skid to facilitate liftingwith a fork truck or crane.The skid
can serve as the boiler foundation,
replacingthe need for a concretepad. A
factory fire-test is available on all packaged units.
Available in eighteensizes starting at GrossOutputs of 620 MBH, the
PF-5 Seriesfrresgas, oil or gas/oil combination and can be equippedwith
either steam or water trim and controls.
The product is energy efficient
with a combustion efflciency of up to
82o/o.All sizes exceedthe efficiency
requirementsof ASHRAE 90.1.
