fuel efficiency and achieves a level

The Hybrid Synergy Drive series-parallel hybrid
system provides drive power from the engine
or motor independently, or from both simultaneously.
It skillfully combines the petrol engine and electric
motor based on driving conditions. The hybrid system
fully utilises the strengths of each power source
and compensates for the weaknesses. The result
is a smooth and responsive driving performance
with significantly reduced fuel consumption
and exhaust gas emissions.

A bold audio cluster packs an AM/FM radio,
6 speakers and Bluetooth, all controlled with audio
switches on the steering wheel. Front and rear
power windows, air conditioner and glove box with
cooling function are standard on all models.
Get going with the push of a button with Push Start
in the Yaris Hybrid. It’s also got a back monitor, slick leather
and fabric combination seats, a touch-screen
audio system, 8 speakers and a Multi-Information
Display (MID).
The MID tells you
everything you need to know
at a glance: time, temperature,
odometer reading, fuel efficiency
data and even displays your texts
on screen. Keep your cool with the automatic
air conditioning system, with independent
driver and front passenger controls.
The Yaris was designed to maximise interior space.
It’s got ample room to fit five adults comfortably
and a large boot for luggage. If you need
extra room, the rear seat is retractable
and can be split 60:40 to carry almost
anything you need to.

All Yaris 1.0 and 1.3-litre models also feature a BOS
(Brake Override System) that prioritises braking action
and suppresses engine output should the brake and
accelerator be stepped on at the same time.
The Hybrid comes with HAC (Hill Ascent Control) and
up to seven airbags. Driver, passenger, side, knee and curtain
shield airbags provide maximum safety.
Every detail of the Yaris was designed with your safety
in mind, even the windscreen wipers. The world-first
wet-arm wiper system has a water spray nozzle built into
the wiper arm and the wiper fluid is sprayed directly
in the path of the blade from the base of the wiper arm.
This reduces obstacles in the field of vision, improving
visibility for a safer drive.

For added security, every Yaris is fitted with an immobiliser,
remote control central locking and a follow-me-home
light control system. All models also have a child restraint
seat belt system and rear door child protection locks.
