The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce warmly welcomes you to beautiful Mesquite,
Nevada!
The Mission of the Mesquite Chamber is to ‘advocate, communicate, educate and support’
the active business community in the area. The Board of Directors is composed entirely
of volunteers committed to fulfilling the Mission. An active and engaged membership,
consisting of nearly 250 of the leading businesses, organizations and individuals in town,
supports the direction of the Chamber and participates in the numerous events held
throughout the year.
The 2016 Business and Visitors Guide is intended to be a valuable resource to current and
prospective members, as well as visitors and residents of Mesquite. The Guide presents
a comprehensive overview of our town and highlights the outstanding members of the
Chamber who provide goods, services and activities throughout the community.

engaged in local business, and has served on the Chamber Board for two years. Most recently, Noel was ‘Chair-Elect’ and has been
a valuable partner in running the Chamber this past year as a member of the Executive Committee.
Finally, as the outgoing Chairman of the Board, I would like to thank the Board and the Membership for their dedication and support

It is a great honor to serve as your 2016 Chairman of the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce.
This organization’s success is the result of countless hours of work and dedication by
Chamber members, staff, volunteers and the Board of Directors. Our Chamber represents
a network of businesses and individuals working together to grow and retain business in
our community. This is our mission and is what makes Mesquite a great community to live,
work and play.
Where we are today is an extension of the work begun by previous boards to increase the
value of being a Chamber member, and to provide a voice for local businesses, large or
small. I would like to thank Ken Cook for his leadership and many accomplishments during
his term as Chairman, as well as the committee chairs and members for their continuing
effort to build a Chamber of Commerce for which we can be proud.
I believe we have something very special here in Mesquite. Yes, beautiful sunsets, great
weather, amazing golf courses, friendly shops, restaurants, an art gallery, a museum and
more. We have National Parks on one side of us and Viva Las Vegas on the other, but it’s
the wonderful, supportive PEOPLE that make a difference in our community.

Fidelity National Title has had a branch
office in Mesquite for more than 20
years, and has been a member of the
Mesquite Area Chamber of Commerce
for nearly as long. Through their parent
company, Fidelity National Financial,
they are part of the largest title group
in the nation and in Mesquite. Fidelity
National Title provides a full range of
title and escrow products and services.
These include escrow and title insurance
services for every type of residential
and commercial real estate and lending
transactions.
Wolf Creek Golf Club
Wolf Creek Golf Club opened in 2000.
With regularity, Wolf Creek is mentioned
as a bucket list course with other courses
such as Pebble Beach, Black Wolf Run,
and Bandon Dunes. Many major golf
publications have ranked Wolf Creek
as one of the top public courses in the
country. In 2011, Wolf Creek won the
prestigious Fan Choice Award naming
Wolf Creek the favorite golf course to

Overton Power District #5 was formed
as a not for profit General improvement
District in 1935. The District covers an
area of 1,932 square miles, in eastern
Clark County. Overton Power District #5
is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our

The Salvation Army
Mesquite
A Health and Human Services partner
agency, the Salvation Army Mesquite offers application assistance to the citizens
of the Virgin Valley for a number of state
and federal assistance programs. This
partnership gives citizens access to these
programs without having to travel to
the Las Vegas area. The Salvation Army
Mesquite also provides holiday programs
to the community including Angel Tree,
Toys for Tots, the Red Kettle program
and the Community Easter Egg Hunt.
Other programs include backpacks for
school aged children and the Salvation
Army Food Bank.

The coalition is actively working to
educate the public and decision makers
about secondhand smoke exposure in
Mesquite public places and workplaces.
Everyone deserves to breathe clean

Hot air balloons from all over the
country gather in January at the

For one week in November One
Thousand American flags are erected
at the Mesquite Recreation Center to
honor U.S. veterans. The flags represent and honor all veterans, living and
deceased. Visitors are welcome to
walk the field any time day or night.

24/7 standing watch over the flags
and the memories they represent.
