When goods are getting too heavy to pull with hand pallet trucks, MHE Walkie Pallet
Trucks come into play to lend you its strength. While the operator walks along, the
truck which is powered by a 24V battery, handles the weight of the goods on its own.
The tempo is controlled with a simple multi speed switch at the steering handle, to
make precise pallet positioning a breeze.

MHE Rider Pallet Trucks are built for tough operations in a medium to large warehouse.
With a foldable rider platform, it can be used as ride-on truck or as walkie truck where
precise pallet positioning and lifting is required. When the truck is driven, foldable
arms prevent the driver from falling out when turning tight corners. It is a hardworking

The MPRL is the sturdiest workhorse among MHEs Power Pallet Trucks. With a capacity
of up to 3 tonnes and a protection grill to secure the driver from falling goods, it is a
powerful machine that can even muscle stacked palletised loads. It is also ideal for large
warehouses where you have to transport your goods over long distances.

economy whilst storing goods efficiently into racks. They are typically suited to low
racks with a low goods weight. Our stackers feature adjustable forks to handle various

Our range of narrow aisle trucks is the perfect solution for space saving racking
systems. The MHE Flex 180º can turn it’s fork into the racking for pallet-stacking and
retrieval, allowing aisles to be narrowed to 2.2 meters. Additional racks can be built
within the gained space and around 30% greater storage capacity can be achieved,
compared to typical reach trucks warehouse racking setups.
For narrower aisles and higher lifting height, our EK range of Very Narrow Aisle Trucks
only need 1.2 meters aisle space and reach up to 16.5 meters high. Available with either
mechanical or wire guidance technology, we can provide the best guidance systems for
our clients’ needs.

To handpick goods from high racks or to scan goods during stocktaking, our range
of Order Pickers is the ideal solution. Their platforms can be lifted up to 4.5 meters,
which equals a picking height of around 6.5 meters, and they handle a load of up to
300 kg, including the operator. Apart from applications in the warehouse, they can also
be used like common aerial work platforms, e.g. for maintenance purposes and other
tasks at heights.

Docking Equipment
Doors & Shelters
Good warehousing already starts at the gate: For a smooth goods flow within your warehouse, you also have to
ensure that you can deliver the goods in and out swiftly. Loading and unloading a lorry at your warehouse gate can
be a quick affair or create a bottleneck, depending on the set-up of your loading bay.
Our effective doors and shelters grant you spacious access to your loading bays and floor sections, while helping
you to stop dirt and dust at the doorstep, before they soil and contaminate your goods in the warehouse – and
of course, bugs, pests and any other unwelcome intruders shall be kept outside as well. Another issue, especially
in the tropical climate of South East Asia, is the problem of airflow that lets air conditioned cold air to waste.
Minimising the airflow in warehouses translates directly into reduced energy costs.
Dock levellers function as a bridge between lorries and warehouses, so that you can directly drive your warehouse
truck into a container or onto a trailer bed to pick the goods, significantly cutting down the time it would
otherwise take to unload the goods from a trailer. With over 10,000 dock levellers installed in the region,
MHE-Demag is the leading provider for docking equipment in South East Asia, guaranteeing you the best
consultation, installation and service, from the planning stage of your warehouse, to its long-term maintenance.
MHE-Demag has the right solution for any application at the loading bay. For instance, while loading bays with dock
levellers in pits are generally the most common set-up, MHE-Demag can also offer frame supported dock levellers,
elevating docks and ramps for warehouses where pits are not practical. Furthermore, MHE-Demag offers vertical
dock levellers, which are the ideal solution for cold storage warehouses, as they help to reduce air flow. To increase
safety at the loading bay, MHE-Demag also offers a host of signs, signals and lights, that give the operators better
oversight for correct loading and unloading of the lorries. Last but not least, trailer restraint systems can further
ensure that trailers are not negligently rolling off, preventing perilous gaps in the way from trailer to loading bay.

Depending on the headroom available at your warehouse, we offer roller shutter doors, as well as horizontal and
vertical sectional doors. These doors are particularly suited for warehouses with low and medium level of goods
flow. For warehouses with a high goods flow we offer automatic high-speed doors that open and close very swiftly
when your operators need to pass through.
To protect products and packaging further from the outside elements such as heat, rain and other external
pollutants, we also offer you a comprehensive range of seals and shelters for your loading bays.They are particularly
important for cold storage applications, where they can block the cooling loss when the warehouse doors open,
as well as for clean room facilities. Depending on your application and the types of trailer that frequent your
warehouse, we can offer you retractable dock shelfers, inflatable dock seals, various shelter types and even
docking tunnels.
