AIMS invites you to join us at the
8 Annual FREE Little 500 Car Show &
Anderson Police Department’s Block Party
in Downtown Anderson Town Center

Saturday, May 15, 2010, AIMS will host the 8th Annual Little 500 Car Show in Downtown Anderson.
The day will begin with a 5K fun run at 8:30 and a 10K White River Run at 9:00am, and a Car Show at Noon.
Traditional activities will continue with plenty of fun, food, arts & crafts for kids, Paramount Theatre beer
garden and free tours, plus a variety of new activities listed below…
New this year: Colts Cheerleaders and Colts in Motion Bus: Noon to 2pm only.
New this year: The Anderson Police Department is hosting a city-wide block party in conjunction to
the car show. This will entail an entire parking lot of emergency vehicles including SWAT, Fire trucks, police
cars, Police & Fire Safety & Education tips, kid’s activities, drug dog, and repelling efforts. They will also be
having a hotdog, chip and drink special!
New this year: 4 Car Clubs & individual cars line the streets: Twizted Allusions will co-host the
event; also throughout the downtown will be Modern Antiques, Midwest Oldtimer’s Race Cars and local old
cars from Madison County.
New this year: Madison County COG’s Bicycle Rodeo: featuring an obstacle course, bicycle corral,
and bicycle safety tips.
New this year: Madison County Historical Society’s “Auto Indiana: Celebrating the Automobile in
Indiana” display.
The 8th Annual Little 500 Car Show will begin at Noon and proceed until 5:00 pm.

There will be “Top 25 Awards & ceremony” at 4pm, as well as dash plaques & goodie bags for the first 100
registered custom cars, trucks and motorcycles. Registration -$7.00 entry fee to be judged;
The Anderson Speedway pace car will be on display;
Experience the tastes of award-winning BBQ, Brats, Lemon Shake-ups, hot dogs & a whole lot more;
Enjoy a variety of music and activities led by Twizted Allusions Car club throughout the day;
Miscellaneous art vendors and general vendors will be present;
Relax at the Paramount’s Beer Garden area and take a free tour of this historic facility;
Car registrants may win Door Prizes; enter the 50/50 drawing;
FREE Admission to the Event areas throughout Anderson Town Center and Downtown;
