2009 Miss World Victoria, using internationally
acclaimed Il Makiage Professional Mineral Makeup.

Il Makiage Oil Free
Professional Studio Crème
Foundation M9 is applied
using the Il Makiage
foundation brush giving
an even coverage and
concealing blemishes. As
concealer under the eyes
the same foundation is used
but one shade lighter than
the foundation, M8.
3. POWDER
Il Makiage Translucent
Powder Perfect Blend is
dusted over the face to set
the foundation and give a
flawless matt look.

a base eyeshadow colour of Oceanic was used as
a wash over the whole of the eye.
to highlight the brow area and also the inner eye
area, Oxygen eyeshadow was used.
to build depth to the eye, a darker blue Butterfly
Blue was blended in the outer third of the eye.

7. EYE PENCIL
Il Makiage Blue Jeans eye pencil is applied to the inner
rim of the eye and taken right to the corner of the eye.
8. EYE PENCIL
Il Makiage White eye pencil is then applied over the top
of Blue Jeans pencil to give an electric blue finish.
9. HIGHLIGHTER DUST
Il Makiage Romantic Blue highlighter dust is applied over
the eye shadows with Il Makiage shader 08 brush to give
a shimmery wintery effect.
10. EYELINER
Il Makiage Blue Stars highlighter dust is applied as an
eyeliner both above the top lashes close to the lash
line and also under the bottom lashes, with Il Makiage
angle 06 brush. The brush has been wet first so that
when the highlighter dust is applied it creates a brilliant
electric look.

Il Makiage Romantic Blue highlighter dust is continued
in the same way to finish lining under the eye and
completing that part of the look.
12. MASCARA
Il Makiage Black mascara
is applied to both top
and bottom lashes to
create long, thick lashes
to frame the eyes.

Il Makiage eyeshadow Taupe
for Contour is used with Il
Makiage angle 06 brush to
softly define the brows. This
is finished with Il Makiage
Clear mascara to complete
the brows and hold them
where we want them!
To define the lips
Il Makiage Nude
lip pencil has been
used and then
gently pencilled
over the entire lips
to give depth to
the lips and ensure
the lip colour lasts.

15. LIPGLOSS
To add shine and lustre Il Makiage Clear gloss has been mixed
with Il Makiage Sunglow highlighter dust and applied to the lips.
16. BRONZER
To add warmth to our snow bunny we dusted her cheeks
with Il Makiage Bronzing Essentials Suntan/Golden Bronze.
