Compact Pegasus
The Hybrid compact Pegasus Main Station is a hygiene station for rinsing
and foam-cleaning/disinfection of external surfaces in the Food & Beverage Industry.
The Main Station is equipped with a water booster pump to generate water pressure 20 bar +
inlet pressure max 25 bar. Water capacity max 120L/min for max. 4 simultaneous users.
Now with dry run protection and automatic turn-off mode, after 30 min. inactivity.

SATELLITE

The ECO Satellite is a sturdy, strong and robust cleaning station with one injector to make either
foam detergent or spray sanitation and rinse with up to 25 bar pressure. The ECO-Satellite will
be delivered in a box ready to mount on the wall, but without accessories, which can be ordered

Booster, Eco
The ECO-Booster for 3 users 90-100L/min is a so-called turn on booster, which means that this
booster runs all the time it is turned on. It does not stop when the user is not using water. It has
a temperature switch built in, which will stop the booster when the water in the pump has increased to 80˚ Celsius. The pump can be restarted when the temperature is below 50-65˚ Celsius.
It is possible to purchase additional accessories such as booster floor frame, in-/outlet pipes, inlet
filter, non-return valve, etc.

Booster MP6, MP12, MP22 – Medium pressure Systems, 40 bar
These boosters are pump units which can increase the water pressure to max. 40 bar.
They function as pressure boosters only and are not equipped with injector systems.
The Booster units are often used when you want to place water source units in a special pump/
machine room and then run a pipe line out to a number of satellites. This solution is also chosen
when the cleaning area only allows installation of a unit the size of a satellite.
The Booster units are also used if an extra high increase of pressure- and a high water volume –
is required, or to avoid direct contact between the electric supply and the cleaning units.
The Boosters are equipped with one frequency controlled pump and one standard pump.
The advantage of this solution is a much more stabile water pressure.
The Booster units are installed on a stainless floor bracket.
This type of Booster units can only work together with satellites built for 40 bars.

Mix 08 – 55l/min
The Mix station can make a pre diluted reservoir with chemicals and water via the dosing pump
(Dosatron). The Mix-station supplies the pre diluted chemical to the satellites at a pressure of
ca. 7 bar. This unit has a 100 l tank and is equipped with a standard pump without frequency
controller. Concentration between 0.4 to 5%.
Mix 20 – 140l/min
The Mix station can make a pre diluted reservoir with chemicals and water via the dosing pump
(Dosatron). The Mix-station supplies the pre diluted chemical to the satellites at a pressure of 7
bar. This unit has a 200 l tank and is equipped with a frequency controlled pump which makes a
uniform pressure independent of the number of users. Concentration between 0.4 to 5%

Electricity:
The Foamatic is a complete unit for application of rinse and foam with pressurised water
and application of sanitising. The unit is available with three injector sizes either 150l,
300l or 450 l. foam per minute.

Sanitation System
The Cerberus/Doorway system is perfect for cleaning and disinfection of doorway traffic-reducing
bacteria and virus from spreading between food facilities.
The system is a hygienic stainless steel wall mounted sanitation unit, operating via a nozzle system in floor height. The nozzle system sprays out a pre-mixed solution of water and detergent/
