Step 1
Step 3
1. Route wires along hood latch cable,
toward the passenger side.
Step 2
1. Using supplied self tapping screws,
secure the circuit breaker to the metal
core support behind rubber flap.
2. Connect the positive [red] wire to
the bottom terminal on the circuit
breaker, and the short positive lead to
the top terminal.
3. Route the negative [black] wire and
the short positive wire through the
core support as shown.
4. Run these wires alone the factory
wiring harness next to the battery and
secure with the zip ties provided.
1. Run wires behind rubber flap.
** The black terminal connects to the
negative battery terminal, and the red
wire connects to the positive battery
terminal.

Step 5
1. Remove the factory transmission
fluid line between the radiator and
the auxiliary cooler.
1. Route hoses along the top of the
cooler, behind factory plastic
valance. Secure hoses together
with the supplied nylon clamps.
2. Install using the supplied hose
clamps, the new lines into the factory
locations. The shorter hose, with the
90° fitting connects to the radiator as
shown. The longer hose with the 180°
fitting connects to the auxiliary
cooler as shown.
2. The short hose attaches to the
cooler on the drivers side.
3. The longer assembly is routed
along the top of the cooler and
secured with the supplied
rubberized clamps, to the two
outer cooler mounting bolts and
attaches to the passenger side port
on the cooler.
