GOAD offers the most comprehensive corrosion resistant fabricating service in the Midwest.
Our manufacturing facility utilizes state-of-the-art thermoplastic welding and bending
equipment. GOAD also maintains field crews and portable equipment for lining, coating and
fabricating at your jobsite. Services include thermoplastic, fiberglass, and metal fabrications;
leadburning; and linings and coatings application.
GOAD COMPANY’s in-house capabilities can assist you in the design and installation of
systems which will enable you to monitor, control, and maintain your process. By integrating
component equipment, instrumentation, and control panels, GOAD can provide the system
which will accomplish your desired results.
Capabilities:
Process Tank/Vessel Manufacturing:
Fabrication of carbon and stainless steels; shearing, cutting, MIG and TIG welding, blasting,
grinding. Fabrication of thermoplastics (PVC, PP, PVDF, PE, PP/PE, CPVC); machining,
thermal bending, butt-fusion welding, extrusion welding. Tank lining (rubber, Koroseal, FRP)
and Coating Services; Epoxies, Acrylics, Phenolics, Plastisols, both in-plant and in-field.
Process Line/Systems Manufacturing:
Services include; turn-key installation, engineering, Auto-cad design, project management,
general contracting, rigging. Fully-automatic and manual processing equipment including;
electroplating, anodizing, electropolishing, bright dipping, pickling, phosphating, black oxide,
passivating. Support systems including; air make-up, cooling towers, refrigeration, steam
boiler. Environmental systems including; air exhaust/ventilation, dry and wet scrubbers,
wastewater treatment, water recycling.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT! · Meet and Exceed Your Expectations · No Surprises · Timely and Successful Start-­‐up On every GOAD COMPANY project, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to you to ensure that projects are completed on time, on your schedule and to your satisfaction. The Project Manager is accountable for every phase of your project – planning, design, construction and start-­‐up. Most important to you, he is the primary point of contact and makes things happen for you. Successful projects must have effective planning and that starts with careful listening. Even before an order is placed, a Project Manager is assigned to you and has spent time with you to discover what your expectations and special requirements are. We take this information back, analyze your unique needs and develop a scope of work. We then generate a custom sales proposal and discuss it thoroughly with you. Once the order is placed and terms agreed upon, we conduct an initial planning meeting with all the key members of your team to confirm responsibilities, establish schedules and initiate engineering. The Project Manager produces a detailed project time line and installation schedule. This confirms responsibilities, sets expectations and coordinates the activities of all of the subcontractors and suppliers who will participate in the project. Soon after this, all required engineering, fabrication and construction drawings are prepared, reviewed and submitted for your approval. Construction now proceeds, and the Project Manager is still hard at work insuring everything comes together. This effort includes assuring quality, expediting, tracking, monitoring and communicating the project progress to ensure compliance with the project’s specified design.
