Jacobs Gallery shows “Natural Selections,” an
exhibition of paintings, drawings, and sculptures
by Analee Fuentes, April Coppini, and Harold Hoy
through November 21st.

6 PM | The Jazz Station (124 W Broadway)
Bright and textural impressionist inspired
paintings by Shelley Roenspie are on display
through December. Influenced by the Brandywine
school of painting, Shelley created a unique style
and found the freedom to put her emotions onto
the canvas as intense, vivid colors. Open until

Henk Pander at Lane Community
College’s Downtown Campus
(101 W 10th Ave) Lane Arts Council
presents an ArtTalk by Portland artist
Henk Pander. The free talk starts at
6pm, follwed by an artist reception.
Pander created a series of paintings
about the shipwreck of the New
Carissa, as well as some of the
situations encountered by Portland
paramedics.

“ReEnvisioning Maps: The Cartographic Art
of Dave Imus,” a new show by America’s most
award-winning cartographer, demonstrates that
maps, too, can be fine art. Imus was one of
the last cartographers in the US to make maps
with hand tools and, although he now uses
a computer as an extension of his hands, he
maintains complete control of the interpretation.
Eugene Contemporary Art and
Tropical Contemporary announce
“Teenybopper,” a group show that
features 12 Eugene based artists,
and includes video, painting, drawing,
and sculpture centered around a
coming of age narrative.

Celebrate the Gallery’s 4th Anniversary! Michael
Whitenack is an amazing wood sculptor, painter,
and story teller extraordinaire. His show includes
some 3D paintings, as well as sculptures that are
hung on the wall and free standing. Tim Boyden,
the owner of the gallery, also collaborated with
Michael on a few pieces in the show. Music: Bryce
Krehbiel, a folk singer/songwriter.
