Our company was established on March,1989.
We developed many kinds of cone paper . And we
Developed the special cone paper coated with
diamond for the 1st in Korea.
We’ve grown as a 1’st named dome tweeter specialist
in Korea.
And now we are producing all kinds of speaker system
from the speakers for micro audio to tallboy speakers for
Home Theater in our China factory.

2. Completely obey the rule of RoHS with self detection system (2003~)
* We were certified as a Sony Green Partner in 2003. After that we are managing the
hazard material on all of parts with same rule.
(We have been supplied Sony with unit from 1993.)
- We adopted the system for the management of hazard material more earlier
than other companies.
- We verify none of hazard material before MP during the process of developing
events.
* We have been bought and operated the XRF tester (hazard material tester) from July,
2006. We are testing every lot of incoming all of part. -> After OK from this test the
process of income of parts is proceeded.
* We were certified with ISO14000 in Aug. 2006.
3. Speedy follow-up
* All process from engineering to manufacturing and ex-factory are being done in
China factory.
-> Because engineering in China was set up from the first of the factory operation, we have collected
so many information about the Know-Where and Know-how.
* Recruiting workers is easier than other place (can use flexible production capacity)

* Major parts (unite, mold parts and spray) is being processed inside
company. ⇒ Minimized the loss of the cost.

* With specialized man power of engineering and QC dept. we can
maintain the stable quality level of the goods.

(worked as the head of SAMMI Institute before)

- General Mgr of system development : Developed all of DAV speakers when worked

quality, safety and health management
<Policy for environment management>
We B.H Acoustel Corp. aware that conservation of the environment of the
earth is the most important subject for the human race.
And we fully obey the regulation for the hazard material and do it prior to
every company activities.
We, therefore, establish basic policy for conserving environment of the earth
as follows and keep to propel activities to minimize the environmental damage.
1) Define the objective and the goal for the achievement of environment policy and announce it officially
and promote to keep lifting up the activity level for the conservation of the environment.
2) Do the active education and publicity to achieve its purpose and goal.
3) Grasp how the manufactured goods and business affect on environment and reflect it into the activity
of the management for environment conservation.
4) Pursue to save the resource and use energy efficiently during the business activities in general.
5) Minimize the scrapped and hazard materials originated from the company activities.
6) Do the internal environment audit and judge the effectiveness of environment management system
periodically.

1) Define the responsibility of the organization which proceed the
activities for the industrial safety health.

3) Do the internal audit on safety health management system
periodically and keep to promote to improve it continuously.
