Passengers who are not present for the departure
will lose their ticket and the value of the price paid.
Children 14 and older may travel alone, but the
parents must complete a document to this effect
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by a
person 16 and older
Pets are no permitted on board our vehicles
The number of seats available are limited
You may bring with you 2 bags weighing a maximum of 23kg (50lb) and a maximum dimension of
26 x 19 x 15 inches as well as a carry-on.
For additional bags a fee of 25$ + tax per bag will
be applied.
Autobus les Sillons reserves the right to refuse the
boarding to anyone who’s behaviour may trouble
other customers or endanger the safety of the driver
and/or other passengers






It is possible to travel with a bicycle, PLEASE
specify at the moment of booking. Extra fees
will be applied.

for any inconvenience caused by changes made
to the schedule or for any bus delays
All passengers accept that Autobus les Sillons
will NOT be held liable for any lost or damage
suffered by a passenger resulting from delays
or missed connections due to weather, road
conditions or any other non-fulfillment of the
obligation of Autobus les Sillons due to force
majeure or an act of god.
Autobus les Sillons reserves the right to use
different types of vehicles depending on the
number of passengers, and without notice.

 Non refundable. At the time of booking : deposit of 700$. 45 days before the departure : complete payment.
 Changes to the travel date is permitted 21 days before the departure, if there is availability.
A fee of 75$ + tx. will be applied.
 Prices exclude the contribution to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents,
set at $1 per $1,000.
