The key to self-feeding lies in three design features:
A large, vertically oriented hopper
A heavy duty chipping knife, mounted
(positioned at a comfortable height for
easy loading) uses gravity to automatically
feed material to the chipper knife. You can
process limbs up to 5-1/2" thick quicker
and with less fatigue than any other
homeowner chipper. NOTE: Side branches
may prevent material from being drawn into
the hopper without some assistance.

Pro-Spec™ Chipper Knife takes 40 bites a second
Unlike most “bargain” chipper knives
that are made out of stamped steel, our
chipper knives are made of high-carbon/
high-chromium hardened D2 steel for
excellent edge-holding ability.
The knife tips travel at 98-143 mph,
depending on the model. This provides
faster, cleaner chipping, and helps the
knife draw the material into the chipping
chamber.
SUPER-DUTY COGGED BELT TRANSFERS
FULL POWER, LASTS LONGER THAN
STANDARD BELTS
The PRO, PRO-XL and 3-Point Hitch models feature
a cogged drive belt to prevent slipping, for full power
transfer from the engine to the flywheel. The belt is
also designed to keep its cool, even as it travels 3800
ft/minute. That translates into fewer belts and belt
changes over the life of your machine.

OVERSIZED HOPPER
A huge hopper accepts larger materials with more side
branches. This saves tremendously on the time you
spend pruning and preparing materials for chipping.
Easy Transport
The PRO and PRO-XL models can be towed behind a garden
tractor or on the road behind your car or truck (45 mph
maximum) with the optional Road-Towing Package. The
PREMIER model can be tipped back and wheeled using
handles built into the hopper. Or you can tow it with a lawn or
garden tractor using the optional Pin-Hitch Package.

EXTENDED DISCHARGE CHUTE
Hate having to handle material more than you need to? Our Extended
Discharge Chute allows you to load chips directly into your pickup bed or
cart, so you don’t have to pick the discharged mulch up off the ground. You
can easily direct the flow of woodchips while you’re chipping. Simply turn the
chute back into the woods to get rid of leafy, small-twig mulch that you might
not want on your garden beds or paths. You can also “broadcast” mulch to
