The Spring numbers are starting to show good signs for the Brantford real estate market – we have seen the highest number of
transactions in Brantford this year so far for volume of sales. The average sales price is also high, and list to sale price ratio are very
close. We still see a slight shortage of inventory out there so still a Sellers market out there. However, the homes that are listed are
quality listings and buyers are able to see low interest rates helping them in their purchases. Notable neighborhoods are West Brant
and Echo Place where we are seeing a lot of activity – and much less activity in the more mature neighborhoods like Mayfair and Green
Brier, where we are seeing very little activity.
