Post-travel coordinators are responsible for assessing incoming
claims from clients and travel agents. All claims are thoroughly
reviewed and investigated, and a written response forwarded to
the clients. If a travel agent writes on behalf of their client, then
the response is sent to the travel agency. If a client writes directly
to us, then the response is sent to the client directly.
Claims are responded to on a first come first serve basis. Our goal
is to have all claims investigated and responded to within 30
business days from the date that the claim was received in our
office. However, some claims may require additional investigation
with our suppliers and response times may be longer during the
peak winter season from February through May.
Agent Profiles

have the ability to change/update their profile by simply clicking
on the EDIT PROFILE area.

• The price match will only be considered when product being
matched is identical, same destination, hotel, room category
hotel plan, duration, date. We will match Friday - Monday
departures and Tuesday - Thursday departures (if the competitor
offers the same exact day of departure, that exact day will be
matched). When price matching a file, the total price will be
matched, including taxes
• If the price match does not go through, the booking will be
cancelled at no charge

If not stated in the brochure we will check with our product
department to see if a specific area has been contracted. If this

Are EBBs included in the rate in the system?
Yes, EBBs are always included in the system price. Please ensure
you have payment into our office by the EBB date or you risk
losing the EBB.
Can we request a category not offered by Sunquest?

When can I expect cruise documents?
Three weeks prior to sailing, an e-mail containing an attached edocument will be sent to the e-mail address on your booking. The
e-mail will be sent from [email protected],
please ensure you save this address in your contact list to prevent
the e-document from going into your junk or spam box.
The e-mail that will be sent to you will contain the electronic cruise
documents as well as any other product booked through the cruise
line or Encore CruiseEscapes/Intair/Fun Sun Vacations.
Luggage Tags will only be available at the pier.
If you do not receive an e-mail from Operations

E-Documents are available for the following cruise lines: Royal
Caribbean International, Azamara Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival
Cruise Line*, MSC Cruises, Costa Cruise Lines, Holland America
