Alexander Lee Khoo
Was the Accounts Manager for the Intecs Group of
Companies, Intecs International bv, Intecs bv, Intecs
Services bv and Intecs Projects bv.
Khoo Joined the company in 2005, at the request of
my late wife, Helena Poppeliers, as Alexander Lee Khoo was her half-brother
(same mother, different fathers), prior to this he live in England all his life,
becoming a Metropolitan Police officer. It was never disclosed as to why he
suddenly left the Police force, moving immediately to Belgium to live with my
wife and me, and starting work as the Accounts Manager.
He later bought his own house in Belgium, where his mother moved
over to live with him. Alexander Lee Khoo asked for and was given a loan of
€20,000 from the company to enable his to complete his house purchase. This
loan was repayable upon Khoo selling the house, which he later did, but never
repaid the loan. An agreement, signed by Alexander Lee Khoo exists and is
available.
Upon starting as Accounts Manager, whereas all office computers were
updated weekly, from copy disks, Khoo insisted upon a Server being bought,
linking all the office computers through this server, his argument being that
the server would update all the office computers automatically.
The main reason as however, so that Alexander Lee Khoo could monitor
ever employee’s emails, this came to light, when comments on emails were
made by Khoo, which he could only have known about from having read the
actual email. Later, this developed to where Khoo would openly comment on
employees emails.
Khoo also requested certain items of software, and these were acquired
and installed, Khoo being paid via his personal invoice for this software totally
€7,000. Months later, when the software could not be updated, as the
software companies Microsoft, Adobe etc. stated the software was not
registered, it had been pirated. An argument with Khoo happened, he refusing
to refund the €7,000 paid to him, leaving myself to have to buy the software
legally for the outlay of a further €7,000. This amounted to theft of €7,000
from the company. (Disks and details still available)
As I threated to contact the software companies so they could take
action against Khoo, the next I knew was the offices were broken into and my
computer only was stolen, which incidentally had the piracy proof on.
Dordrecht police were advised, visited and left an incident number; they paid
no attention to how it had to be Khoo that committed the robbery.
To get into the offices you need to key in a pass code, as well as having
the front door keys. All offices had security cameras, and each office door was
locked. My office being further from the front door, meant crossing a large
hall, having a key to my office door, and knowing where all the security
cameras were to avoid them. Further you would pass several other computers
etc., in other offices to get to my office, but only my computer was stolen, and
all doors locked again.
Sorry! But even an idiot could see that it had to have been in person that
burgled my office and stole the computer with incriminating evidence against
Khoo on it.
Khoo’s next step was to change the accounting programs, which were all
in English, which I could understand. The program Khoo bought were only in
Dutch, therefore I was unable to check anything. This allowed Khoo to do
“Ghost” pay rolling, which is paying employees that did not exist.
Plus taking large sums of money from the company, many, openly in his
own name, ie Khoo €5,000. Further, apparent wage payments were made to
other people that were employee, one being Benjamin McMillan, my late
wife’s son. Another was a loan of €15,000 to buy a car, the loan supposedly to
be repaid monthly, this never happened. Benjamin McMillan still owes the
company this €15,000.
To attempt to stop Khoo embezzling, a director’s agreement was drawn
up by the company lawyer, Mr Arum van Bunge, which specifically banned
Alexander Lee Khoo from issuing instructions to the ING Bank to make
payments; further all purchases over €500 required both directors approval.
This agreement was sent to the ING Bank, but they failed to comply with the
instructions of the two directors of their client. Khoo carried on withdrawing
money, both legal and illegal.
I wrote several letters, sent emails and even visited the ING Bank to
advise them what was happening and to get them to stop accepting Khoo as an
authority to withdraw money, but they ignored every communication. I
terminated Khoo employment, my late wife re-hired him! Prior to Alexander
Lee Khoo employment, the company was growing nicely, being profitable, with
a growing client list. Before marrying and starting business in Holland, I had
owned and operated a very successful, international business, with offices in
the UK, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Holland, Norway, Indonesia and South Africa.
Turnover back in the 80’s was in excess of £50m pa. Heart attacks and a heart
bypass operation was the reason for giving up this business.
However, I did start again when going to Holland, this was 1999, and as I
said, business was good until Alexander Lee Khoo arrival in 2005 when the
problems started, some of them I have already described.
The stress again became too much and further heart attacks resulted in
a second heart bypass operation. And my ceasing daily work in 2006, moving
to Spain the 2007. In 2008 the ING Bank declared the company bankrupt,
without my knowledge, the rest you will find described in my statements about
the liquidator (curator) Mr Sjoerd Tilman, the company lawyer Mr Arum van
Bunge, an Mr Martijn Bressers, Alexander Lee Khoo’s less than honest Dutch
lawyer, working in Spain.

It is my understanding that Houben Advocaten, as a company is no
more, that all partners a staff moved to other legal practices, Sjoerd Tilman
moved on to Mannaerts Appels Advocaten Notarissen, also in Breda.
I was a director and shareholder of four Dutch companies, two of which
were forced into liquidation, without my knowledge, due to embezzlement
and theft by Mr Alexander Lee Khoo.
I am English, born 1940 in London, England. I married a Dutch lady, Mrs
Helena Poppeliers in 2001, having moved to Holland and commenced a new
business in Holland in 1999. Business grew and was successful, until 2005. Prior
to this I had been operating my own very successful, international business
since 1962 in the UK, turnover £50m per annum back in 1980’s.
Neither the original liquidator, Mr Harold Simonis, who resigned from
Houben Advocaten and his replacement a Mr Sjoerd Tilman, who continued in
a similar manner to Mr Simonis made any effort to recover misappropriated
company funds, in spite of all the evidence provided. Neither did they attempt
to recover illegal loans, or obtain all bank statements. They ignored proposals
to make full restitution; they disposed of the offices, contents and records
without reference to me. Finally they refused in report matters to the Dutch
Police.
As one of the two directors and 50% shareholder I was denied access to
the company’s financial matters, by Mr Alexander Lee Khoo, upon his
appointment by my late wife. But suspecting misappropriation, as far back as
2005, after Mr Alexander Lee Khoo changed the accounts programs from
English to Dutch, and locked me out of the companies computerized accounts
system. This is when I sort help from the ING Bank, who treated me as a fool,
ignoring all my warnings. Subsequently I was prove right, when a profitably
company, suddenly became insolvent, with no loss of turnover, no increase in
overheads, just misappropriation of the companies money.

Finally I had to withdraw my support to the companies borrowings with
the ING Bank in Dordrecht, due to an ever increasing embezzlement that was
occurring, conducted by a Helena Poppeliers, my late wife, the other director
of the companies, and Mr Alexander Khoo, half-brother of Helena Poppeliers.
Alexander Lee Khoo was employed as the companies accounting manager.
Upon writing to the ING Bank, in August 2008, withdrawing my support
to the company borrowing, to this day they have not responded to my letters.
However I discover that they applied for bankruptcy proceedings and Mr
Simonis of Houben advocaten had been appointed liquidator. This I knew
nothing of until Mr Simonis contact me, in Spain where I was living, with
various queries. I should have been contacted prior to bankruptcy proceedings,
if only to ascertain whether I had plans to resolve matters, this never
happened.
It was Mr Simonis that advised me my wife had died, which was a shock
as I had not been advised by her family, and my understanding of the texts and
emails was that all had gone well, and she would soon be home.
I gave as much information as I could, but as the accounting programs
had been changed to Dutch from English in 2005, by Mr Khoo, which is a
language I neither read, write of speak, I was unable to give too much detail.
However I was able to advise Mr Simonis of unapproved loans being made,
unapproved pay rises being given, and advise him of forged documents that
were under investigation by the Belgium Social security.
It should be noted, that these forgeries submitted to the Belgium
authorities had resulted in the companies trading license being cancelled. So as
the Belgium trading amounted to 95% of the company’s business, the
company was worthless, and out of business. This I knew nothing of until an
employee emailed in Spain to inform me, as he was worried about is job. The
license cancellation was due to forged documents having been submitted by
Alexander Lee Khoo.
Mr Simonis ignored all of this, preferring to discuss the company’s
accounts with Mr Khoo, and clearly accepting what Khoo had to say as the
truth, if it was not so serious it would be laughable, as Alexander Lee Khoo was
one of the main embezzlers.
Without reference to me, Mr Simonis disposed of the company’s offices,
all its furniture, fixtures and fittings, and removed the records. Whereas I had
made plans to continue in business, and had wished to acquire the company’s
offices and contents, this no longer could happen. The computers, printers,
file servers etc. were removed by Alexander Lee Khoo the evening the
company closed, when the cleaners arrived at 19.00 hours, the computers etc.
were gone.

I had offered to make full restitution, all though not guilty of the
embezzlement, by the formation of a new company for which I had adequate
backing, from a major Dutch company. Also major Dutch companies who had
been valued clients, agreed to trade with me through a new company, one did
add, “only if Khoo has gone”. I sent these proposals to the ING bank; the
companies Lawyer, Mr Arum van Bunge and Mr Simonis, none of these three
parties had the courtesy to reply.
I was not informed of the pending court hearing in 2008, nor was I
consulted at any time regarding the sale of offices and contents, which when I
expressed a wish to purchase, only to be informed that Mr Simonis had had a
glorious sale, and had obtain next to nothing for the office contents, this was
all I had been able to ascertain that Mr Simonis actually did.
I have not had the bank statements from ING Bank for Intecs bv, as Mr
Simonis stated the bank would not supply them, a totally ridiculous statement,
the bank are duty bound to provide the statements, especially in the matter of
a court ordered liquidation.
It took almost a year to obtain some of the bank statements for Intecs
International bv only, thereafter I was able to positively identify €209,881.54 in
money taken illegally from the account. Mr Simonis did nothing and likewise
Mr Tilman does nothing, in fact Mr Tilman totally ignored me.
There are unfounded, and indeed fabricated claims made by alleged
creditors, which Mr. Tilman ignored, there is money owing to the company
that after a year Mr Tilman still had made no attempt to recover. There is
proven embezzlement, about which Mr Simonis did nothing about, likewise his
replacement Mr Tilman did nothing also.
I advised Mr Tilman of the Swiss bank accounts opened by Helena
Poppeliers, my late wife and her emails confirming same, but neither Mr
Simonis of Mr Tilman took any notice.
Mr Tilman’s final report, three years later, and an extraordinary length
of time for such a small company, is a joke. There was no mention of the
proceeds of the sale of the office contents, no mention of the life insurance
paid out to the company, no mention of the €50,000 collateral or the €7,000
balance in other companies that the ING took. No mention of the for company
cars gone missing, or the valuable computer system. Mr Tilman had
overlooked €803,812.
When I asked if Police were to be informed of the embezzlement, Mr
Tilmans reply was “they would not be interested”, an unbelievable statement,
the Dutch Police would do nothing about embezzlement and thefts finally
amounting to € 6,218,098

I was a victim in this matter, it is my salary for 2008 that was stolen, and
it is my collateral at the bank that has been taken. It was my company, I
started, and that was taken over, by Alexander Lee Khoo, operated in Dutch to
exclude me, resulting in me being badly physically beaten by Alexander Lee
Khoo for complaining, and losing everything.
I have provided the extensive proof of embezzlement, proof which Mr
Simons and Mr Tilman have continued to ignore. Further I asked for a court
order for the ING Bank to produce the bank statements for 2006-2008 for
Intecs bv, to enable me to verify more embezzlement. Something a Liquidator
should have done on day one, you cannot liquidate a company without the
bank records, and this was rejected. Totally unbelievable!
As stated, the liquidators report never mentioned the following items;

All told this amount to € 6,218,098 was stolen by Mr Alexander Lee Khoo
So allowing for a loss in 2008, the estimate is that during the period
2005 to 2008 well in excess of €2.2m (€2,200,000) was embezzled and the
liquidator did nothing to recover these embezzled funds, neither did he
attempt to recover the illegal loans.
The liquidator, Mr Tilman, stated that €689,178 is owed to the tax
authorities. I find totally unbelievable, knowing the Dutch Belastingdienst and
their general attitude, I cannot accept that they would have allowed not taxes
paid for a year or two, because that what the figure of €689,178 suggests. The
Belastingdienst would have queried matters well before this amount of arrears
was allowed to accumulate.

But assuming that they are incompetent, and the tax arrears amounted
to +/- €689,178, this would be a reasonable estimate on the number of
employee’s taxes etc. deducted for a year or so.
If you add this possibly fanciful figure of €689,178 owed to the tax
authorities, then the amount in the Swiss bank accounts is +/- €2,368,345
when adding the apparent unsecured creditors of €229,263, of which the
liquidator does not provide details. The total embezzled therefore has grown
to +/- €2,597,608, tucked away in the Swiss bank account/s.
The liquidator, Mr Tilman, was also advised that on the evening the
company closed down, Alexander Lee Khoo did return to the offices and
remove ten (10) computers, file servers, photocopiers, various printers and
coffee making machines. Sadly, again the liquidator did nothing to recover the
company property stolen.
The liquidator, Mr Tilman, stated that he was uncertain as to the
number of employees working at the end, this is incredible, he stated 20
employees, then finding a further eight he thought.
The liquidator stated he could not understand the accounting programs,
this is also unbelievable, and they are standard Dutch programs used by
thousands of companies, Winsalar and Snelstart. If the computers and
fileservers had been recovered, these programs were installed.
I am fully aware of the Swiss banking secrecy, but I am also aware that in
the matter of tax evasion, fraud and embezzlement the Swiss bank will fully cooperate.
Finally, my late wife, Mrs Helena Poppeliers, after her death I discover
that she had left her entire estate to Alexander Lee Khoo, I got nothing, so
Khoo has all the money now, a sum in well in excess of € 6,218,098
Neither the original liquidator, Mr Harold Simonis, who had resigned
from Houben Advocaten, and his replacement a Mr Sjoerd Tilman, who
continued in a similar manner to Mr Simonis, made any effort to recover
misappropriated company funds, recover illegal loans, or obtain all bank
statements. They ignored proposals to make full restitution; they disposed of
the offices, contents and records without reference to me.
Finally Mr Sjoerd Tilman refused in report matters to the Dutch Police.

Mr Arum Van Bunge Lawyer
with Ten Holter Advocaten – in Dordrecht
Mr Arum van Bunge, was for many years the lawyer for four of my
companies, in Holland. Two companies, Intecs International bv and Intecs bv,
were both forced into Liquidation in November 2008, a situation I had not
expected, or been informed of prior.
The other two companies were Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv,
which were viable, both having money in the ING bank (+/- €7,000) this money,
without notice, was grabbed by the ING Bank!
These four companies had only two directors, me (John L. A. Page) and
my late wife, (Mrs Helena Poppeliers). We were the only shareholders, 50%
each. My late wife died in November 2008.
Mr van Bunge handled all the companies’ affairs, including, office leases,
ING Bank negotiations, preparation of terms and conditions of business,
preparation of a director’s agreement etc. In addition he has handled several
personal matters, my wife’s divorce from her first husband, a Mr Gordon
McMillan. My wife’s police interview regarding threats she allegedly made,
plus Belastingdienst prejudice towards me.
Regarding the liquidations of the two companies, Intecs International bv
and Intecs bv, Mr Arum van Bunge suddenly refused to offer assistance to
myself or the liquidator, which would be in all parties’ interests, his argument
being conflict of interests. What interests were in conflict, he never stated,
save it was now understood that he was representing Alexander Lee Khoo,
assisting with Swiss bank accounts, money laundering etc.
Mr Arum van Bunge also refused to act for the two surviving Intecs
companies, Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv, again quoting conflict of
interest. This I do not agree with. How? Can it be a conflict of interests to
continue to represent the Intecs as he had done for years, since their
inception, and where he assisted formation?

Mr van Bunge refused to be involved, he was the company lawyer, privy
to all the companies’ problems, and when he is required by the company
director to resolve certain issues, such as the liquidation, he refuses, as he
does not work without reward, which was added to conflict of interests,
although costs had never been discussed.
Regrettably, the two company’s demise was due solely to embezzlement
by my late wife, Helena Poppeliers and her half-brother, Mr Alexander Khoo,
who was employed as the company’s accounts manager. I now know that Mr
van Bunge was already aware of the on-going embezzlement as he had
arranged Swiss banking.
Later I was to be advised the Mr Arum van Bunge was representing
Alexander Lee Khoo. So a trusted company lawyer of many years standing
undertakes to represent the surviving company embezzler. Of course now
Alexander Lee Khoo now has the access to the Swiss bank accounts, thus
money would not be an issue, fees paid.
My late wife, had opened a Swiss bank account, in 2006, with Amas Bank
(Switzerland) Ltd, in Genève, this account was opened, unbeknownst to me,
with the assistance of Mr Arum van Bunge, not only did he suggest the bank,
but gave references in support of my late wife opening the account. This
account my late wife was able to use to deposit the money she and Alexander
Lee Khoo embezzled from our Intecs companies. Two emails opening Swiss
bank account, plus two emails confirming Mr Arum van Bunge involvement
follow.
So where gross miscarriage of justice and considerable embezzlement
has occurred, a statement from Mr Arum van Bunge would helped lead to a
recovery of some, if not all of the company’s misappropriated money, but his
involvement, hence his refusal.
The Intecs companies had proved successful and profitable up to 2005,
where the nett profit was €90,000, the next year, 2006, after the Swiss bank
account were opened, turned the profit into a loss. Considering that on similar
turnover, with no increases in operating cost, in fact a slight reduction, in 2006
the profit should have been approximately €80,000 nett, but it produced a
€242,355 loss, therefore the sum of €332,355 went missing, that’s a €1/3
million into the Swiss bank account, which Mr Arum van Bunge had arranged.
The 2006 accounts I refused to sign, but they were lodged as approved
by the directors, clearly something illegal had occurred, like forged signatures.
Likewise I never saw the 2007 accounts, Helena Poppeliers my late wife
apparently having refused to have the year audited, as stated the company’s
auditors I discovered later, Mr L.K.Hoogendoorn of Verstegen Accountants.

I discovered my wife had opened a Swiss bank account, purely by
accident, through emails from the Swiss bank having been re-routed to me by
mistake, but Khoo was hacking all the office and personal emails, therefore he
had screwed up, forwarding the Swiss emails to me by mistake.
When I confronted her about these Swiss bank accounts, she claimed
she wish to hide her divorce settlement of €70,000 from the Dutch
Belastingdienst (tax office) to evade tax.
This divorce settlement Mr Arum van Bunge was instrumental in winning
for her. This divorce he now claims he no part of, an incredible statement
being as it must be on record in the Lelystad court, plus I was also present at all
the court hearings, with Mr Arum van Bunge.
Clearly Dutch justice comes at a price, the ethics and the morality of
what happened has no bearing, “if you pay me I will support you, if you do not
pay, then get on with it”. Mr Arum van Bunge was now working for Alexander
Lee Khoo, my late wife’s half-brother and one of the two embezzlers. If fact
Alexander Lee Khoo was the main if not sole embezzler, as my late wife was
much of her time in hospital undergoing Chemotherapy, or living in our new
home in Spain, thus, like myself not visiting the company’s offices in the
Nederlands?
Our move to Spain was January 2008, shortly after my second triple
heart bypass operation, this being the reason for retirement. Alexander Lee
Khoo boasts of Mr Arum van Bunge representing him. But Mr Arum van Bunge
denies representing Alexander Khoo. This surely is a real conflict of interests,
representing the Intecs companies and the Intecs directors, and then suddenly
representing an Intecs employee, against allegations made regarding
embezzlement of Intecs funds.
But it prevented him supporting the two surviving Intecs companies, and
assisting in having the true reasons for the other two company’s demise
explained, why? Because he may not get paid! Or were there other reasons?
I asked Mr Arum van Bunge to assist me with finding a Dutch lawyer who
would undertake my case on a legal aid basis, Mr Arum van Bunge stalled me
for days, and then weeks, then months, he knowing I had to make a claim
within the year, knowing the longer he stalled, the shorter time I had to obtain
legal assistance.
Fortunately I discovered the time limit of claiming by
accident. Begrudgingly he finally introduced me to another law firm. No legal
aid, they wanted paying, Mr Arum van Bunge only wish was to get rid of me.
I did find another Dutch lawyer myself, being one of many
recommended, who undertook on approved legal aid (Toevoeging), my
inheritance claim, which had to filed within the first twelve months after
death.

Again, Mr Arum van Bunge, after all these years of earning good fees,
could not offer this advice, because he would not be paid he thought. His
statement was, “you will not get legal aid”, he was wrong again! Again Mr van
Bunge was endeavouring to protect the embezzled funds and his new client,
Alexander Lee Khoo.
Mr Arum van Bunge at first claimed not to know of my wife’s death, so
how could he immediately claim conflict of interests, no!, he knew and was
already working for the then sole heir, Alexander Lee Khoo, from whom he
would be paid, Khoo confirm this, gloating, that I would not get help from van
Bunge now, how right Khoo was.
Sadly I have meet with considerable racial discrimination, firstly from the
Belastingdienst, through being openly called a liar and a thief, simple because I
am English. Mr Arum van Bunge endeavoured to settle this matter, but the
settlement was more of the same, from other tax inspectors. But now as Dutch
was the language deliberately used, I even now suspect Mr van Bunge
translation of what was said.
Likewise with the ING Bank, then for no known reasons, the
manager/director of the ING Bank in Dordrecht, a Mr Cor Steijsiger, with whom
I had had very little contact indeed, all financial matters handled by Helena
Poppeliers, my late wife. Mr Cor Steijsiger took a dislike to me, refusing to use
the English language, which he speaks fluently, dealing only with my late wife
and/or Alexander Lee Khoo. Mr.Cor Steijsiger refused to deal with me about
any of the company’s business, and when I went to see him after I had been
badly beaten up by Alexander Lee Khoo, I warned Mr Cor Steijsiger, through his
assistant, of the embezzlement, still he refused to see me, thus the
embezzlement not only continued but increased. I also wrote to Mr Cor
Steijsiger about the embezzlement, but received no reply. All this
correspondence is available.
As stated, all the dealing with the bank had been handled by Helena
Poppeliers ,my late wife, and all matters, accounts, computer programs were
now in Dutch, changed from English by Khoo, and again I re-iterate a language I
neither read, write nor speak. Mr van Bunge was fully aware of this, and at my
request, accompanied me on one occasion to put my case, and advise me
after, what Cor Steisiger had supposedly said.
Mr van Bunge’s first comment was ‘Cor Steisiger does not like you’. Like
me or not, I am not dishonest, neither do I lie, and I do know how to run my
business profitably. Again, I now suspect Mr Arum van Bunge translations.

Also since 2006 I had not attended the company’s offices, working from
home on an associate company, living in Spain since January 2008. My late
wife, Helena Poppeliers, living part-time with her Mother and Alexander Lee
Khoo in Belgium, this allowed her, to have her cancer treatment to be carried
out in Belgium.
Mr Arum van Bunge of Ten Holter, has refused to continue to act for
Intecs, he has refused to assist myself with the liquidator. Hence, I now find
that I am solely too blamed for the loss of money, the wrong filing of accounts
etc. I have not been party to any of the liquidation investigations, the original
liquidator, Harold Simonis consulting several times only with Alexander Lee
Khoo. Another example of Dutch bias, which would not have occurred, if Mr
Arum van Bunge, as the company lawyer, had made representations, which I
consider, paid or not, he should have morally and ethically provided.
Mr Arum van Bunge refused to assist me in recovering money from the
Belastingdienst, illegally claimed by my late wife, i.e. mortgage interest’s
repayments. Something I never knew was possible until 2009; the stolen
refunds (+/- €45,000) no doubt this money having ending up in the Swiss bank
account/s.
Basically, Mr Arum van Bunge of Ten Holter dropped me and my
companies, as a client; now my wife has died, leading me to believe that my
absolute faith and trust in him was totally misguided, because as soon as my
wife died, he no longer was prepared to help me, clearly as he had a far more
profitable deal with Alexander Lee Khoo.
Maybe like the others, because I am English. I consider Mr Arum van
Bunge had a duty to see matters through to the end, paid or not, so as not to
allow a gross miscarriage of justice occur. (Actually he would have been paid,
but as stated, money and payment was never actually mentioned)
A director (Helena Poppeliers) and an employee (Alexander Lee Khoo)
could misappropriate considerable amounts of a company’s money and my
own personal money for their own personal use, and the other director (me)
could not get support from the company’s lawyer over what is certainly a
criminal matter. A very sad state of Dutch law, the rights and wrongs mean
nothing, if a lawyer is not going to get paid, ethics, morality and justice does
not apply, that’s only for those that pay.
Mr Arum van Bunge stated he knew the liquidator, Mr Harold Simonis of
Houben Advocaten in Breda, you have to then consider then what transpired
between Mr Simonis and Mr van Bunge to enable Simonis to produce such a
wrong summary of the reasons for the company’s failure, and to have the
audacity to blame myself for the wrong filing of accounts, accounts that should
have been filed by the company’s accountants, as is done in the UK.

When the misappropriation of company funds finally got out of hand, I
wrote to the ING bank withdrawing my support. Only I find that my
withdrawal was not necessary, Intecs had lost its approval in Belgium, where
95% of its business came from, why?
Because my late wife and Alexander Khoo, had been submitting forged
documents for years, to the Belgium authorities, which the Belgium authorities
suspected, and finally proved as forgeries.
Therefore Intecs was finished without my withdrawal; Mr Arum van
Bunge was aware of this, as he had been endeavouring to resolve matters with
the Belgium authorities. Whilst he was supposedly endeavouring to have my
late wife sells her half of the business to me. A business he knew was now
totally worthless.
This sale had been my solution to the company’s problems, and my late
wife stating she wanted out of the business to open a restaurant in Spain
where we now lived, and I wishing to re-build my business of 50 years. Mr
Arum van Bunge’s conduct was un-ethical to say the least, or at worst it was
criminal.
I had made arrangements to recover the business and repay its losses,
this Mr Arum van Bunge was aware of, and I had submitted my proposals to
the ING bank, and Mr Arum van Bunge, no response from either party. This
new company Alliance Partners International Ltd, was to be backed by many
former clients and stock market quoted companies that were aware of the
problems, and that the Intecs liabilities were to be cleared first. But without
the support of the major creditor, the ING Bank agreeing, the solution was a
non-starter, as stated ING Bank never replied.
It materialises Mr Arum van Bunge had worked solely for my late wife,
Helena Poppeliers, not me. Which had been the situation from day one of
engaging the services of Ten Holter; again I was a stupid trusting fool to believe
there were Dutch with honesty and integrity.
Following the advice of attempting to resolve matters with Ten Holter,
before taking matters above their head, I meet more arrogance and contempt,
one partner, a Mr Smit, who said he would look into matters, did not have the
decency to acknowledge the statement I sent him, I have again been totally
ignored and treated like a fool. One other partner in Ten Holter, a Mr Peter
van Groot had the audacity to state that Ten Holter had never worked for
Intecs. Totally unbelievable statement, considering the matters Ten Holter had
handled over the years, both personal and business.

Even in April 2012, when I still sort his assistance in dealing with the ING
Bank Mr Arum van Bunge refused, in spite of my stating that with his help, it
would prove that possibly my late wife had involved him unfairly, still he
refused, therefore guilty as charged, clearly matters would have confirmed his
total involvement.
I can only assume that he wishes only to distance himself from all
matters, especially as it will prove he did open Swiss bank account/s, thus
condoning and aiding and abetting the embezzlement, he knew and was
encouraging to happen. Why else would Mr van Bunge, the company lawyer
not wish to have himself exonerated, given the opportunity?
I believe Mr van Bunge’s actions to be criminal, openly arranging Swiss
bank accounts, and aiding and abetting in embezzlement. I hold Mr van Bunge
responsible, along with Mr Sjoerd Tilman and Mr Alexander Lee Khoo for my
personal losses, calculated as €6,218,098, plus €3,753 per annum from lost
pensions

Dutch lawyer Martijn Bressers, who in 2002 left his country for only
one year but due to the challenges in the profession and the lack of

There is a third lawyer involved, a Mr Martijn Bressers although this all takes
place in Spain; I add it as additional background information.
My wife having died in 2008, I was stranded in Spain, having found all
my bank accounts had been cleaned out by Alexander Khoo, so I was literally
penniless. Further I had discovered that my business had been made bankrupt
by the ING Bank, due to embezzlement by Alexander Khoo. I had to contact
my daughter in the UK to fly out and rescue me, so we could drive back to the
UK, transporting my two dogs. We left for the UK on the 7th January 2009,
arriving back in the UK on the 9th January 2013.
In January 14th 2009 Alexander Khoo, my late wife’s half-brother, turned
up at my house in Spain in the company of a Mr Martijn Bressers, his lawyer,
also with my late wife’s son Benjamin McMillan and a whole gang of other
people.
Now the reason for this visit was to “sort me out” to quote Benjamin to
me on the telephone, by this he meant physical violence, having been beaten
senseless once before by Alexander Khoo, this was not a visit I would have
been looking forward too!
I should mention that in 2009 I was approaching 70 years of age, having
undergone two heart bypass operations. Alexander Khoo was 29, a Kung Fu
expert, and keep fit fanatic. So you can appreciate it was, and would be again,
a very one sided confrontation, with myself be punched and kick senseless
again.
Alexander Khoo demanded the keys to my house from a neighbour, a Mr
Ray Charlton, with whom I left a set of keys for him to keep an eye on the
house, Alexander Khoo knew this! When Ray Charlton told Alexander Khoo to
telephone me, so I could give the okay to giving Khoo the keys, Khoo’s reply
was I do not know my telephone number, a total lie, he and Benjamin had
been calling me, texting and emailing me, even after my wife’s death,
pretending to be my wife.

Even sending pictures of my wife, one with a puppy she said she bought
as a friend for our other dogs. This same email and picture they sent to Pam
Charlton, Ray Charlton’s wife, supposedly again from my now dead wife.
My wife had died, and I never knew, and the text and emails said she
was well and coming home, sorry but Alexander Khoo is an extremely nasty,
sick individual.
Not being given the keys, Alexander Khoo returned to my house, with
Martijn Bressers and the gang, smashed open the electric gates, drilled out all
the door locks, fitting new locks, passing a set of these new keys to an Estate
Agent, a Graham Ducker, to sell my house, telling him it was now his house.
Later Alexander Khoo even announced my death to a Graham Ducker the
estate agent, chasing him up to sell my house! That how sick this man is!
Whilst Alexander Khoo and the gang cleared out the entire contents of
my house. Martijn Bressers, went to nearby neighbours telling them that
house now belonged to Alexander Khoo, and that if I returned they were to
telephone him immediately. Bressers claimed he had both Dutch and Spanish
documents confirming my house was now 100% the property of Alexander
Khoo, This was a total pack of lies, as there were no documents!
Hearing all this from neighbours who telephoned me in the UK, advising
as to his instructions from Martijn Bressers, I never did return to Spain, the full
contents of the house, and the house itself were valued at €1.1million, add this
to the €5.2million embezzled from my company, Alexander Khoo stole in
excess of €6.3million.
I reported the break-in and theft to the Spanish Police, and I reported
Martijn Bressers to the Spanish law society, but I never heard any further from
either. Apparently Martijn Bressers did, he says the Law Society found him not
guilty! I complained, why no reply to me? A question I shall be asking!
Since 2009 I have been endeavouring to get justice and now at last in
mid-2013, some four and half years later, Martijn Bressers threatens to sue
me, claiming damages, have me arrested for possibly damaging his reputation.
He now claims four and half years later, in mid-2013 that he had
documents that the Dutch and Spanish authorities had issued in 2009, stating
everything in Spain belonged to Alexander Khoo, these documents are a load
of rubbish, a total pack of lies, as I have said, there were no documents! Why?
Well if they existed in 2009, four and a half years ago, why wait until
mid-2013 to tell me? Producing them in 2009, and having them checked by my
Spanish lawyer, and they being genuine, I would have handed over the keys.

Dutch law, my wife was Dutch; we were married in Aruba, a Dutch island
in the Caribbean, under Dutch law. We were still married at her death. Dutch
law states irrespective of any will left by the deceased, that 50% of the
deceased’s estate goes to the surviving spouse.
Spanish law states that any jointly owned property in Spain, upon death
of one spouse, the surviving spouse owns 50%, irrespective of any wills made
to the contrary. It is that simple!
So Alexander Khoo inheriting my wife’s estate at her death, only 50% is
his under Dutch law, the other 50% is mine! Likewise with the Spanish house,
Alexander Khoo would be entitled to 50% of the house. But that would be 50%
of the 50% legally my wife’s, therefore Alexander Khoo, would only inherited
25% of the house in Spain, not 100% as that liar Martijn Bressers claimed. I
know this for a fact, having my Spanish lawyer check and verify. Martijn
Bressers, as I have said is a barefaced, blatant liar.
Further my wife’s estate, money, jewellery etc. 50% is mine, but
Alexander Khoo and Martijn Bressers have refused to produce the will, until
mid-2013, my estimate, knowing the amount of jewellery alone we bought,
would be worth in excess of €1million.
During 2009 and 2010 I had a Dutch lawyer, Mw Marit Odink, working to
get justice over my wife’s estate, it was she among others that confirmed 50%
of my wife’s estate was mine under Dutch law; in fact Dutch legal aid funded
the case as it was law, that 50% of the estate was mine.
It now strikes me as very strange, that if Martijn Bressers had the Dutch
and Spanish documents giving Alexander Khoo 100% ownership of everything,
why he never mentioned them until mid-2013. No, he has only just got around
to forging these fake documents, which they must be, if they exist, but which
he states he has, but still has not produced them! Documents That state the
total opposite to Dutch and Spanish law, and not to have been mentioned
until, mid-2013, some four and a half years later! As I said very strange!
Now the documents Martin Bressers has at last sent me, four and half
years late, one is the Spanish Law Society allegedly finding him not guilty of any
crimes, well with all that I have now discovered over the four plus years, I shall
submit another complaint, highlighting all the latest information regarding
Martijn Bressers, shall we say, - very suspect legal work!
The second document sent, is apparently my late wife’s will, which again
Martijn Bressers kept back for over four years, why? Because there are errors I
can now get a second opinion on, like she does not mention she was married!
So of course Notarris Mr. H.M.Dicou of Breda would of not have considered
this point, but I will see what the Dutch Law Society says about the real legality
of this will.

Of course she went to another Notarris, because, Mr C.F.Wery of
Dordrecht would have known she was married, he drew up both our wills
originally.
Martijn Bressers is very adept at deliberately misquoting the laws; in fact
he totally fabricates his own version of laws. This of course gives his “clients a
service which is both unique and special”, as his firms heading states!
Now if he wishes to sue me or whatever, I am ready, but he will have to
answer for his dirty illegally dealings, criminal activities and his blatant lies.

The following software was stolen by Alexander Lee Khoo by illegal downloads
from the internet. These programs he installed on all the companies
computers.

The falsification of documents by Khoo
The Belgium Social Security authorities are investigating their suspicions that
documents submitted by Alexander Khoo and Helena Poppeliers are phony,
that is "fabricated'. As a director of the company, Mr John Page has been
approached by an Inspector of the Dutch Social Security (SZW) for a statement.

Statement by John L.A.Page,
A Director of Intecs bv, Intecs international bv, Intecs Projects bv &
Intecs Services bv
This statement is prepared in response to a telephone call on the 6th
November 2008, from Mr. van Haren an inspector of the SZW
Intecs bv were granted a license by the Belgium Social Security to supply
non Belgium personnel to work for companies in Belgium. The license required
Intecs bv to adhere to all the Belgium employment regulations, minimum
wage, overtime working rates, working hours etc.
The License was obtained by the representation from Mrs. Helena
Poppeliers, the other director of Intecs bv. The person with which Intecs bv
had dealings with over the issue and maintenance of the license were Ms
Nadia Collaer Sociaal Inspecteur and Mr.Patrick Vochten, Sociaal controleur.
Intecs would supply personnel, normally Germans, to work as
Scaffolders for companies both Belgium and Dutch that were undertaking
contracts in Belgium. At the year end, the Belgium authorities would require to
see all the pay slips (advices) and other records for all the persons supplied by
Intecs bv who had worked in Belgium, to ensure all the Belgium employment
requirements had been adhere to.
What transpired was that as Intecs bv had paid Dutch rates which are
lower, not the higher Belgium rates, Mr. Alexander Khoo and Mrs. Helena
Poppeliers would work on their home computers in Belgium re-running all the
payrolls, producing pay slips (advices) that showed Intecs bv as having adhered
to the Belgium regulations. The pay slips (advices) were therefore fake, forged
to fool the Belgium authorities.
Mr. John Page was in no way involved in this deception, having been
isolated from all financial matters in all the Intecs companies by Mr. Alexander
Khoo and Mrs. Helena Poppeliers. The exclusion consisted of all the companies
financial programs and record being locked on the computers by passwords;
they refused to give to Mr. John Page. All discussions in the office held in
Dutch, when prior to the arrival of Mr. Alexander Khoo all matters had been
discussed in English.
Mrs. Helena Poppeliers and Mr. Alexander Khoo speak, read and write
English very well, the object being to isolate Mr. John Page.
Mr. John Page has not attended the offices of Intecs for the last two
years, and has no real idea as to what has been carried out by Mr. Alexander
Khoo and Mrs. Helena Poppeliers. It was the failure of Mr. Alexander Khoo and
Mrs. Helena Poppeliers to pay the earnings of Mr. John Page for the whole of
2008, which finally prompted Mr. John Page to advise the ING bank that he
was withdrawing his support to the companies overdraft facility. The bank
ceased all further payments, thus forcing liquidation.
It should be noted that Mr. Alexander Lee Khoo is the brother of Mrs.
Helena Poppeliers, both of whom now live at Antwerpsesteenweg 54, 2930
Oostmalle,Belgium. For your further information I enclose my statement
regarding the theft from me of €54,681 by Mr. Alexander Lee Khoo and Mrs.
Helena Poppeliers.
Being unemployed now, with no chance of employment at the age of 68
years, and having this year’s earnings stolen there is no practical way I can
afford to travel to either Belgium or the Nederland’s for interviews. However I
will give whatever help I can via email or telephone

John Page was not in any way involved, having been totally excluded by
Khoo and Poppeliers, this is deception by Khoo and Poppeliers alone, and can
be verified by the accountants Intecs used in Belgium and whom Khoo and
Poppeliers, duped, thus risking their reputation, a very sad state of affairs

To assist in further clarification items on bank statements marked;
1. Diesel, or Petrol – All cars were on either an ING lease for which there was a TANK card, all fuel therefore
billed to ING Leasing, against the monthly Car lease charged. Other cars used an ING Bank, credit card to
purchase fuel. Not one person ever had to buy fuel for a car and be reimbursed.
Diesel, or Petrol – items on bank statement is just cash taken (stolen)
2. Ziek or Medical costs – There were no separate medical costs; all personnel had medical insurance that
repaid all medical expenses. In the case of Mrs Poppeliers, this was FBTO insurance company. Medical costs
were paid either by cash, or personal Visa card, and then forwarded to the insurers for full refund. No
company payments involved.

3. Pensions – There were no pensions schemes for any staff, certainly not Alexander Lee Khoo,

Mrs H.Poppliers, no payments were received by John L.A.Page. The Fortis bank account of John L.A.Page can
confirm this. Likewise 2006, short paid to John L.A.Page, and 2007.

Raised his own salary without authority, theft of €13,000 pa,
Salary agreed at €52,000 p.a, he paid himself €65,000 per annum without my
knowledge or approval. That is theft of €13,000 a year, employment four
years, equates to €54,000 all can be verified by the company accountants,
who actually spotted the theft. Khoo was accounts manager with my
companies, appointed by my late wife, his sister. Khoo changed all accounting
into Dutch, which I neither read, write or speak, also refusing me computer
passwords. All this is a matter of record.

Without my knowledge or authority Khoo gave €15,000 from my company to
a Benjamin McMillan to buy a car I now understand. This only came to light
when the company’s accountants pointed this out and asked about

5. Embezzled from one of my four company in 2006
See the attached turnover / profit schedule 1999 to 2008 with Khoo solely in
charge of accounts, now all in Dutch, which I neither speak, read or write and
being locked out of office computers. A profitable company suddenly becomes
a considerable loss of - € 242,355, when profit should have been +/- € 80,000
with no increase in overheads, in fact a reduction. Only Khoo could have done
this, as no other person but he, had access to the accounts system.

Claimed for lost company credit card, that was not actually lost
My wallet was stolen, or so I thought, I understand € 9,000 was illegally taken
from the companies account before the card was cancelled. Khoo claimed this
back from the ING Bank. However in materializes that my wallet had never
been stolen, my late wife having hid it, with Khoo making the claims. My
wallet was found at home after my wife’s death.

Stole my salary for 2008 with fake pay slips etc.
My salary was not paid at all in 2008, when queried Khoo stated it had been
paid, and sent pay slips to prove it. Pay slips had wrong salary and home
address, they were fakes, and no payments were shown going into my bank
account. As were to documents Khoo submitted to the Belgium authorities
who lost the company it license, as the Belgium’s checked and discovered the
submitted documents (pay slips for employees) were fake, produced to
comply with Belgium legislation.

accountants, Vanhuynegen Associates who handled all matters Belgium on
behalf of my companies

Lost my bank balances in associated companies,
ING bank seized balances in three other of my companies. Seized by the ING
Bank towards their losses, due to Khoo’s embezzlement.

Broke into my house in Spain, changed locks, and stole entire
contents,
I travelled to the UK from Spain on the 5/6th January 2009, to find a new home
to move back too. My daughter had flown to Spain to help me, and after
kenneling my dogs we travelled by road back to the UK. I had left the house
securely locked, with all its entire contents, furniture, clothing, books and
records etc. all there, aiming to return when I had found a new home in the
UK, thus being able to arrange to ship back to the UK all the house contents.
On 15th January 2009, Alexander Lee Khoo and several other family members
and his lawyer, arrived at my house in Spain, being refused the keys I had left
with a neighbour in case of emergencies. He forced open the electric gates,
drilled out all the locks, to gain entry, fitting new locks, and spent several days
emptying all the house contents. . Khoo was assisted in this break-in by his
Lawyer; Martijn Bressers, who told neighbour’s the house and contents now
belonged to Alexander Lee Khoo .I reported this to the Spanish Police,

late wife provided pin numbers etc. all statements had been re-directed to
Khoo home address, my late wife took all the pin numbers with her when she
went into hospital in Belgium, whilst I was obliged to stay in Spain

Finding all my money stolen from bank accounts, my salary not having been
paid, I was unable to pay the mortgage. Cash down payment had been €
450,000 against an asking price of € 695,000, leaving a mortgage of €
245,000, which I was now unable to cover. House reposed by CAM bank,
subsequently sold, at a loss. Bank still requesting payment of the mortgage

John Page has died, can we now proceed with the sale of the house
Los Olivos as a matter of urgency. His heirs just wish to have the
property disposed of, the price was +/- 495,000 I understand. The
contents of the house may suit a purchaser, or will be disposed of.
