VICTORY DEALER EXCHANGE USER GUIDE
GET REGISTERED
If your dealership is already registered with
National Powersport Auctions (NPA), simply
use your NPA username and password to login.
If you are not registered with NPA, please call
Dealer Registration at 888.292.5339 ext. 5 to get
registered.
Once registered, go to www.VICExchange.com
and enter your username and password.
HOMEPAGE
After logging in you’ll be redirected to the Victory
Dealer Exchange home page. From here you
can utilize the tile links located under the main
header image to maneuver through the site. You
can find information on transportation, check
your account status or jump to the vehicle upload
page. In addition, you can quickly view available
inventory as well as stay updated on any dealer
exchange updates and enhancements.
MY ACCOUNT
The “My Account” page lists details about your user
profile, recent purchases, bidding history, open
invoices and auction tools.

Buy: Allows you to view and search for available inventory being offered
Sell: Takes you through the steps needed to post pre-owned inventory directly from your dealership
My Account: Account details, recent purchases, bidding history, invoices
Tools: Access to NPA Value GuideTM, transportation information, Buy Fees & NPA Terms

SEARCHING, BIDDING, BUYING
After clicking the “Buy” link in the top right
corner you’ll be redirected to the auction page
listing all available pre-owned inventory. This
page lists pertinent information about each unit
which allows you to quickly scan over all the
inventory without having to click on each bike.
The “Search” function at the top of this page also
allows you to find bikes by certain criteria like:
Model
Mileage
Year
Auction End Time
Location
Make
VEHICLE DETAILS PAGE
Once you have identified the bikes you’re interested in, click on the vehicle to view more information.
The “Vehicle Details” page allows you to place a bid, view the condition report, view vehicle bidding
history and navigate back to other bikes you may have previously viewed.
The “Condition Report” tab provides you with a comprehensive overview of the bikes structural,
cosmetic, and mechanical condition. Each report is also required to have a minimum of eight highresolution photos, including close up photos of damage.
BIDDING
When bidding, you’ll be asked to enter your
initial bid price, your max bid and your password
to confirm your bid on the bike.
Max Bid - To place a bid, enter your bid and
the maximum amount you are willing to pay
for the vehicle. Victory Dealer Exchange will
automatically bid for you until your maximum is
reached.
Dynamic Bidding - As the auction nears
conclusion items remain open as needed until
there has been 5 minutes of no bid activity.
E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Dealers will receive daily updates via e-mail on motorcycles they have bid on.

SELLING FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP
By clicking the “Sell” link you can upload
pre-owned inventory from your dealership
directly to the Victory Dealer Exchange. You’ll
be asked to enter the VIN number, mileage and
title document information, along with pictures
of the bike. Follow the directions through each
step of the process. If you have questions or run
into any issues when uploading your bikes please
call Tony Altieri at 858.413.1625.
ADDITIONAL NPA TOOLS
The “Tools” page offers tools like the NPA
Value Guide™, a list of national transportation
providers, and contact information to help
answer questions that may come up as you
navigate the site.
NPA VALUE GUIDE™
NPA Value Guide™ allows you to find real-time
ACV (Actual Cash Value) for trade-ins and
price inventory being offered on Victory Dealer
Exchange. The market data provided within this
powerful tool uses thousands of monthly auction
transactions to accurately place a value on the bike
in question.
To use the NPA Value GuideTM begin by entering
the year, make, and model. A page will open with
all possible vehicle candidates with a link to “View
Values”. Select the specific bike and it will open a
page listing the auction values. The page defaults to
four months and all NPA locations. From here you
can adjust the number of viewable transactions by
time frame or NPA location and view the values
related to condition report score.
