Sunsmile – The Happy Pool Heater
The big seller in the pool business in recent years is undoubtedly
Above-ground pools. These pools come with a cheaper price tag
but have the same need for heating as larger pools.

To meet this need, Texsun has developed
an economical and user friendly solar
collector system – SUNSMILE – The Happy
Pool Heater.
SUNSMILE is aimed toward the pools between Ø 244
cm-457 cm using 32 mm pumps and is Compatible with
most brands of splasher pool pumps. (Intex, Bestway,
Jilong etc). The solar collectors are connected to the
existing circulation pump using the supplied connection
kit and hosing. The Customer does NOT need to cut the
pools return hose to install the solar panel. SUNSMILE
will increase pool temperature by about 5°c
Besides enhancing the bathing experience, SUNSMILE
is also an economical and environmentally friendly

Solar Collector
System
The basis of the product line is the Texsun AB solar
collector. The Texsun solar collector is made of a black
co-polymer material that is lightweight, flexible and
durable. The UV-resistant material is also resistant
against corrosion and chemicals.
The collector’s unique x-channel system offers one of
the highest solar efficiencies on the market (n0=80,7 %)
and shortest heating times. This is made possible by a
large active absorption area, the turbulent water flow,
and the small volume of water.
