• For use with all interchangeable Spray Tips • For operating pressures up to 125 p.s.i.
TeeJet Vari-Spacing Nozzles permit the construction of spray
booms with adjustable nozzle spacing. Pipe, round tubing
or square tubing is used to support the nozzles and nozzles
are hose connected for liquid flow. A complete TeeJet VariSpacing Nozzle consists of clamp, lock nut, TeeJet VariSpacing body, TeeJet cap, internal strainer and Spray Tip of

large air-filled drops through a Venturi
air aspirator.
Features:
Removable pre-orifice.
110° wide, tapered flat spray angle with
air induction technology offers better
drift management.
Available in seven tip capacities with
a wide operating pressure range:
15–90 PSI (1–6 bar).
Made of a two-piece UHMWPE polymer
construction with VisiFlo® color-coding.
UHMPE provides excellent chemical
resistance, including acids, as well as
exceptional wear life.
Automatic alignment when used with
25612-*-NYR Quick TeeJet® cap and gasket.

Direct reading Calibration Scale tells exactly how
many gallons per acre being applied. No complex
calibration table, charts, etc.
HERE’S ALL YOU DO:
1. Attach Spra-Check to any nozzle outlet.
2. Travel a test run of 150 feet.
3. Read actual “spray rate per acre” on scale.

CALIBRATION CHECK LIST:
1. Inspect sprayer tank. Make sure it is free of
rust, scale, dirt, and other foreign matter that
could damage vital sprayer parts.
2. Rinse tank and half fill with clean, filtered
water. (Filter through a 100 mesh screen
before it is put into tank).
3. Remove and clean all nozzles and screens
by soaking and brushing them with a stiff bristled brush. (Do not attempt to clean
parts by scraping them with a hard object).
4. Replace suction screen and flush all hoses,
controls and booms with clean water.
5. Inspect nozzle screens for correct mesh
size. Inspect nozzles for wear and damage
and to verify they are all the same size.
Spray pattern, spray angle and capacity.
Replace all screens and nozzles that do not
pass inspection.
6. Align each tip with spray boom.
7. Inspect pressure regulator, valves, controls,
pressure gauge and other parts for proper
operation.
8. Check all hoses and connections for leaks.
9. Calibrate sprayer over same soil and terrain
conditions that will be traveled when actually
spraying.
