Signature Program
The Canadel Signature program is designed to allow
customers that may not have been able to find exactly
what they want to satisfy their home furnishing needs
with Canadel products.
Ask for a quote, we will find a way to
satisfy your needs!
Since the Signature Program is custom each request
must be submitted to Canadel on the Signature request
form to determine if the specific request is possible
and to obtain the appropriate cost.
What to expect from the
Signature program
1.
Items that are judged unstable or dangerous.
4.
Alteration of finishes.
5.
Back panel of sample boards cannot be reproduced.
B
Chairs, stools and benches
1.
Rescale a chair, stool, bench.
C
Tables
1.
Resize of legs and pedestals
2.
Aprons cannot be completely flush with the tabletop, we
need ¼ gap to allow wood expansion and shrinking.
3.

requested in a matte finish without natural wood defects.
Canadel Furniture will not provide any drawings or 3D designs
of requested items.
3.
Every quote must be signed when the customer is ready to
order. Sending a PO order is not enough.
4. NO cancellations, changes or holds are permitted.
A minimum of 2-3 weeks additional delivery time may be
necessary since all items are not in stock.

D
Explanation of the
limitations.
The problem is related to the cost effectiveness of creating/
rescaling products. The high development costs are spread out
on regular items through sales volume of new items over years,
compared to Signature items that may generate only one order.
1.
Case pieces
Change of hardware from one piece to the other.
2. Wood doors to replace glass doors or vice-versa.
3. Adding shelves.
4. Changing glass shelf for wood shelf or vice versa.
5. Adding LED lights.
NB: Occasional are considered either tables or buffets.
