NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYTLE, TEXAS, WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL SESSION
ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 28,2006, AT THE LYTLE CITY HALL AT 6:30 P.M.
AGENDA
Discuss, consider and pass an ordinance (1) annexing the following described properties pursuant
to petitions for voluntary annexation and (2) including a service plan for the following described
properties:
TRACT ONE
A 273.84 Acre Tract ofland being situated about 25.7 miles N 33° W of Jourdanton in Atascosa County,
Texas and being approximately 193.30 Acres out of Survey No. 441, Abstract No. 519, Wm. Klemeke,
original grantee, and approximately 80.54 Acres out of Survey No. 513 112, Abstract No. 839, Thos.
Thomas, original grantee, also being out of a 336.10 Acre Tract (Moity A) conveyed from the Estate of
R.B. Touchstone to Mrs. E.V. Touchstone dated June 1, 1942 and recorded in Volume 155, Page 168 of
the Deed Records of Atascosa County, Texas, and including all of a 5.04 Acre Tract conveyed from
Mackie M. McDonald to William M. McDonald by deed dated February 15, 1996 and recorded in Volume
46, Page 249 of the Official Public Records of Atascosa County, Texas.
TRACT TWO
67.454 acres of land situated just outside of and adjoining the Corporate Limits of the City ofL ytle, about
20.5 miles S 71 ° E of Hondo, in Medina County, Texas, out of Survey No. 57, Abstract No. 1284,
G.C.&S.F.RR. Co., original Grantee, being a portion of Exception "I", a portion of Lot 15A, and a portion
of Lot 29A, Block 13 of the San Antonio Trust Subdivision of Lands, a subdivision as shown on a plat
thereof recorded in Volume 2 on Pages 1 and 2, Sheet "H" ofthe Plat Records of Medina County, Texas,
being a portion of that certain 107.841 acre tract of land described as Tract 1 in a Deed to A. Rendon
Construction Company, Inc. from Henry Lee Keller, et ux and Mic Mar, Inc., dated April 27, 2005, as
recorded in Volume 577 on Page 708 of the Official Public Records of Medina County, Texas.
TRACT THREE
33.879 acres of land situated just outside of and adjoining the Corporate Limits of the City of Lytle, about
20.5 miles S 71 ° E of Hondo, in Medina County, Texas, out of Survey No. 57, Abstract No. 1284,
G.C.&S.F.RR. Co., original Grantee, being a portion of Lots 16A and 17A, Block 13 ofthe San Antonio
Trust Subdivision of Lands, a subdivision as shown on a plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 on Pages 1 and
2, Sheet "H" of the Plat Records of Medina County, Texas, and a portion of Lots 20 and 30, Block 13 of
Pecan Unit No.2, a subdivision as shown on a plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 on Page 1 and in Volume
2 on Pages 1 and 2 of the Plat Records of Medina County, Texas, being a portion of that certain 21.414
acre tract of land described as Tract 2 and a portion of that certain 20.665 acre tract of land described as
Tract 3 in a Deed to A. Rendon Construction Company, Inc. from Henry Lee Keller, et ux and Mic Mar,
Inc., dated April 27, 2005, as recorded in Volume 577 on Page 708 of the Official Public Records of
Medina County, Texas.
TRACT FOUR
Being 3.00 acres ofland, lying in Atascosa County, Texas, being out of and a part of the J.B. Gottleman
Survey No. 512, Abstract No. 309 and also being out of and a part of that same certain 16.27 acre parent
tract ofland described in conveyance to Dewey Priest Testamentary Trust and recorded in Book 231, Pages
105-106 of the Official Public Records of Atascosa County, Texas, and being adjacent to LH. 35.
TRACTFNE
Being 2.00 grid acres ofland lying in Atascosa County, Texas, out of and a part of J.B. Gottleman Survey
512, Abstract No. 309, and also being out of and a part ofthat same certain 16.27 acres tract described in
conveyance to Dewey Priest Testamentary Trust and recorded in Book 231, Pages 105-106 of the Official
Public Records of Atascosa County, Texas, being adjacent to LH. 35 and on which the Suzuki dealership
is located.
An executive (closed) meeting may be held during the public (open) meeting to consider the following:
Matters of the sort described in Chapter 551, Subchapter D of the Government Code. Final action,
decision or vote, if any with regard to any matters considered in the executive (closed) meeting shall be
made in the public (open) meeting following the executive (closed) session or at subsequent public (open)
meeting duly announced by notice as the City Council shall determine.
