I would like to welcome you to the first Generations of Values hosted by the Georgia Simmental Association. There is no better time than
now to be in the cattle business, whether your operation is big or small, purebred or commercial. The Georgia Simmental Association will be
hosting this exciting Simmental event at the Impact Marketing sale facility in Rome, Georgia.
On behalf of DP Sales Management, we appreciate the consignors that have stepped forward in the first time Generations of Value sale.
The sale offering will showcase some of the top genetics from breeders from Georgia and the Southeast. The offering includes fancy opens,
breds, pairs, and a few select bulls. The genetic lots include cows such Zeis Ms. Drive, Ebony’s Charm, Barbara, Leachman J7006, Jessie’s
Dream, Glamour Girl, and Sheza Babe. Championship genetics include Broker, the Reserve bull at Denver and the AJSA Champion
Shimmer.
The state of Georgia is known to be filled with breeders with breed-changing genetics, producing individuals with substance and longevity.
The market for cattle in Georgia is very diverse. The Generations of Value consignors see that and have put together a diverse set of cattle that
will sure to have something for everyone. Remember this is your association sale and how successful the event will be depends on the support
of the membership.
Be sure to mark your calendar to be in town on the eve of the sale, Friday, May 13th for the Georgia Simmental Association Annual

out of Caliente. Fixation is a full sib to the past two time North American
champion, Onyx. Fixation calves are on the ground and looking good.
Here is a opportunity to add genetics out of the Sheza Babe owned by C
and C and Forest Brook. Babe was a past champion herself and is a sib
to Sheza Wonder, Sheza Looker, Sheza Bandit, Sheza Bullt and of the
North American champion SVF Right a Way. These two potent cow families
should and will produce awesome results. The heifer pregnancy is due

• This double polled, non-diluted red pregnancy represents a mating that has
been a home run for me every time. The dam, Jessie’s Dream, had a stellar
show career for me culminating in being named the Senior Champion Female
at the National Simmental Show in Fort Worth, Texas. I have never flushed
her to anything besides Freedom because every calf has been tremendous.
A full sister to this mating was recently named the Intermediate Champion at
the Houston International in Texas. Great EPDs and a great calf await the new
owner here. Recipient is a registered black Simmental female.

• Selling 5 embryos guaranteeing 2 pregnancies if work is done by a

• The donor of Mike Wheeler at Horseshoe Hollow continues to sire the
right type and kind. The Cattlemans Choice over the years has seen many
sale toppers and standouts. In the 2010 sale a pair sold for $5,500 to Sloup
Simmental, in the 2009 sale a Macho daughter and full sib to Pay Day sold
to Gene Martin in Tennessee. Of course Pay Day sold in the Pine Ridge
bull sale as the high seller and continues to do a excellent job. Also, other
daughters have sold for $6,200, $7,000, and $5,100. Yes, the consistency
is locked in the family tree. No doubt the addition of Movin Forward will be a
plus, his progeny have performance.

Dispersal. That day alone, over $27,500 worth of calves, pregnancies and
embryos sold at over a $3000 average. She is an extremely impressive female
with tons of thickness, volume and fleshing ability. She also has the great
balance and cool front end that catch your eye every time. The sire of this
pregnancy is the Accelerated Genetics sire Nichols Manifest T79, who also has
a fantastic look about him and tremendous EPDs. Look at the 80+ pound spread
from birth to yearling in this future calf! This calf should be a great one in person
as well as on paper. Recipient is a Registered Black Simmental female.

female that will be a great junior project. She is a real sweetheart when it
comes to working on the halter and would be good with even a first time

• PCC Miss Barbara 132R bred by Travis and Beth Pembrook of
Oklahoma has been a potent producer for Oleo Ranch. No one could ask
for a cow to do more things right than this one does. She’s good tempered,
will raise a calf, produces embryos, breeds back quick and makes’em good.
Pembrooks purchased a flush out of 132R and sold a $12,000 Upgrade
heifer calf last fall. At Oleo Ranch we have averaged over $3,000 on the
calves this female has produced no matter what mating. A Macho sired
daughter purchased by Johnathan Barrett of Georgia was a successful
show female and a McCarney sired by was high seller in the Davis/Oleo
bid off last year. This cow is beginning to write her own story. Get on

006H. X951 is sweet fronted, long sided and long hipped. These Preferred
Beef daughters make great cows and are hard to find with the price of the very
limited supply of semen available. This cow family is predictable in terms of profit
potential. An open maternal 1/2 sib sold to Harvey Baskin in CT for $2500 and a
bred maternal 1/2 sib sold for $5000 to Grandview Acres in PA. Latch onto this
female and let her earning potential begin for you today!

• X202 is special female that should find many friends sale day. Being
involved in the Cattlemans Choice we sold several nice falls in that sale
however we held this female back for the Generations of Value. As you view
her pedigree she has value generation after generation. This fall born has
loads of potential being sound from the ground up plus exhibits the super
soft design and that depth of rib that the In Dew Times are known for. If you
want to complete this one will be in the purple and most of important after
her show career will be in the front pasture.

only good calf M163 has thrown, but the only red one. We have retained a few

• This SimAngus bred heifer is very moderate and will make a tremendous
cow. Her pedigree is prestigious going back to Mabelle that produced so
many great cattle for Gordon Hodges and Frank Bell. At the time I bred her
I had no idea I was going to sell her. We have had so many great Casino
daughters over the years I chose to bred her this way knowing that it will be
the kind I like. Share in our planned mating and you will be pleased this fall
when she calves.

• What a unique 3-n-1 opportunity here! This young homozygous Black ET
bull calf is a full sib to the RHF She’s All That female that was a high seller
at the 2010 Southern Showcase for $6000. A full brother to this calf just
sold to Mike England in Texas for $4000. This young ET bull calf has the
potential to be just as good. This recipient can flat raise a calf! Breeder’s
that are looking for a super investment, study this opportunity well.
• The recipient was reimplanted with a Black Joker (ASA #1930631) x LLL
Black Valentine (ASA # 2174842) embryo on 4-13-11. The recipient is a
commercial Angus that is the natural mother of the W384 1/2 blood bull I
also have in the sale.

• Here is a great herd bull prospect for some program whether you turn
him out this spring or hold him over tiil the fall. A bull with muscle in his rear
end with good overall thickness. Here is a good bull that will add length
and style. From the same family that produced Welsh Dew it Right. Calving
ease with good stats.

• 910x is a stout hipped bull with a thick top and extreme length. Here is
a stout rugged herdsire with loads of potential. 901x is maybe not as pretty
as his brother however offers more performance. Senerita has a great track
record of producing the right kind and has produced sale toppers in many
sales.

• What a powerhouse! W384 is a super thick ended, big volumed, big
boned 1/2 blood bull. He has tons of depth and volume in addition to
exceptional fleshing ability. To top off what W384 can offer you, he has
a fantastic look about him. If you need a 1/2 blood bull to use in your
commercial breeding program, here is one that brings it all to the table.

• W305 was obtained from Jay Anderson’s son Adrian as a calf. He has
shown tremendous performance and has been used cleanup this past fall
on my heifers and cleanup on the heifers that Jay and I have in the sale this
spring. He is very thick, growthy and has superior EPDs with a 74+ pound
spread from birth to yearling. His dam is an outstanding Jessie’s Darling
daughter that has sure earned her keep in Nebraska. If you need a good
numbered, good phenotype bull to use in your breeding program W305 will
fit the bill.
