• Groups tours are available in Meredith from May 1st through October 31st
• Ask about our popular 4-hour Fall Foliage trip from Meredith to Plymouth,
NH with lunch at the Common Man Inn (weekends only, Sept. 27th - Oct. 18th)
• We offer a relaxing 18 mile, two hour round trip train excursion along the
scenic shores of New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee
• Your guests will travel in our beautifully restored vintage coaches
• To qualify for our group rate, you must have a min of 20 paid guests
Note: On days we’re not in general operation our min passenger req’t is 40 paid guests
• A wheelchair lift is available at the Meredith Station only – max width 24”

GENERAL CONFIRMATION POLICY:
The Tour Operator or Escort needs to confirm passenger counts seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Passenger counts must include the Escort and the Driver if they will be riding. This count will be
used for the final group invoice. If a group arrives with fewer passengers the invoice will reflect the
confirmed group count. If a group has last minute additions, please contact us as soon as possible
so we can be prepared.
MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENT:
On days that we are NOT in service for the general public, a minimum of 40 paying passengers is
required in order for us to operate a special train for your group. As an example, Turkey Dinner
trains are always considered “special trains”.
COMP POLICY:
We offer one (1) Full Comp for every 20 paying passengers. To qualify for one (1) comp, you need
21 total passengers.
HANDICAP NEEDS:
If anyone in your group has special boarding or dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as
possible so we can work together to accommodate those needs to the best of our ability. There is a
wheel chair lift at our station in Meredith, NH - the train doorways can accommodate wheelchairs
up to a max of 24 inches wide. Not available on Fall Foliage trips or departures from Weirs Beach.
ON-SITE BUS PARKING:
We offer free on-site bus parking at our Meredith, NH facility.
