In most jurisdictions, building permits are not required for
structures under 100 sq. ft. Once you’re over 100 sq. ft., a permit
may be required. All Summerwood structures are manufactured
to conform to the most rigid of building codes, however we are
talking government here and some codes have odd stipulations.
Should a slight modification be required to conform to your local
guideline, we will be pleased to make that change for you (a
small charge may apply). If you require a permit drawing and
specifications, we will be pleased to provide it for you at the time
of your order. Either way, we will offer you all the help you need
to get your project approved.
