We, at PI Manufacturing Corp. are committed to providing the best services and products to our customers. Quality, Value and Service are not the
only words we used, but these are also what we stand for. Our 20 (going on to 21) years of existence fortified this. With more than 8,000 SKUs (and
still growing) at our 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Walnut, California, we offer products that our customers needed and also many hard-to-find items.
With computerized inventory control, our customers can place orders by phone, fax, e-mail, or 24/7 from the web-site. We are linked directly
to UPS, Fedex, Airborne Express and the credit bureau for faster & more accurate services. Most orders are shipped out within 24~48 hours.
We offer products to VARs, dealers and distributors throughout the U.S. Custom-built products such as fiber optics, fiber channel, computer &
networking cable are done in-house for quick turnaround time. All contract manufacturing, OEM and/or ODM inquiries are also welcome.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
ALL PRICES ARE F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT.
FREIGHT CHARGE:
FREIGHT WILL BE PREPAID AND ADDED TO THE INVOICE. IN SOME SPECIAL
CASES, PI MAY CONSIDER CHARGING CUSTOMER’S COURIER ACCOUNT OR
FREIGHT COLLECT. HOWEVER, PI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PREPAY AND ADD
FREIGHT TO THE INVOICE.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
• CREDIT CARDS:
VISA, MASTER & AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD ARE ACCEPTED.
• COD CASH IS RESTRICTED TO WILL-CALL CUSTOMERS.
• COD CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE
CUSTOMER’S CREDIT.
• NET TERMS: AVAILABLE TO QUALIFIED CUSTOMERS, PLEASE CALL FOR
DETAILS.
SHIPPING:
MOST ORDERS CAN BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 TO 48 BUSINESS HOURS. ANY
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
CLAIMS:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE WARRANTY 3-MONTH PERIOD AND
IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15~30% WILL BE CHARGED IF
THE ITEM RETURNED NEEDS TO BE REPACKAGED OR HAVE PARTS MISSING. AN
RMA NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCTS. ALL
RMAS ARE VALID FOR 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

MANUFACTURING INQUIRIES ARE WELCOMED.
SERVICE CHARGES:
A HANDLING CHARGE OF $3.50 WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY ORDERS UNDER $100
AND $4.50 FOR ORDERS UNDER $50. A HANDLING CHARGE OF $5.00 WILL BE
APPLIED TO ANY DROP-SHIP ORDER.
