BITcom
BITcom On-board Communication
System is intended both for the
integration of local
telecommunications services for the
crew of the vehicle and to ensure use
of any communication option with
other C&C systems implemented in
the Polish Armed Forces.
Starting from the level of the team
and up the offered system consists of
components intended for installation
on combat and command vehicles.
SYSTEM FEATURES
 Intercom features: internal all
around and point-to-point voice
communication, access to the radio
means from any KenTEL-1
in listening to network radio mode
and in the transmission/reception
mode, remote control functions
of the radio station from the
KenTEL-1 desktop.
On-board Communication System
The System enables cooperation
with dismounted assault team
through RTK-1 radiophones, as well
as the possibility to organize a field
working post.
 Subscriber's HF/VHF radio access
features.
 Data Exchange: the exchange of
formatted messages (ADatP-3)
and un-formatted, auto graphical
imagine of tactical situation and
positions of friendly objects and
their status (status of ammunition,
fuel, etc.). Data exchange is
encrypted point-point.
 Positioning GPS receivers built-in
in radio and RTK-1 are used for
position monitoring. The position
of each dismounted member of
the assault team is displayed in
the screen of Automatic Working
Post (AWP).
 Alarms receiving function:
readout of the threats and vehicle
diagnostic information.
