Elise McCoy is a Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle and is involved
with office and industrial space build out in the greater Cleveland area.
Before relocating back to Cleveland, Elise lived in NYC for many years,
working in commercial real estate in construction and design. She is very
interested in networking with other commercial real estate professionals.

Tracy Ols was a long time CREW member who has reapplied for
membership. Tracy is Vice President of Property Accounting for
Ostendorf-Morris Company and has worked in asset/property

Josephine (Jo) Wisniewski has a new job as Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager, Vice
President, in Institutional Commercial Real Estate at Huntington National Bank. Her new

CREW Cleveland Past Presidents donated $410 to CREW Network Foundation. CREW
Network Foundation is the only foundation dedicating its resources solely towards advancing
women in the commercial real estate industry. CREW Network Foundation is committed to
bringing more women into commercial real estate with programs that educate women and
girls about the career opportunities available to them and creating mentoring relationships for
those new to the industry.

ACE Welcomes CREW Mentors

With more girls expressing an interest in ACE, local organizers are excited about the
participation of CREW members Debbie Feller, Lisa Averyhart and Eve Moss for the
2013-2014 school year. Several members are assigned to the James Ford Rhodes High
School where there are 42 participating students – approximately 50% female!
Founded in 1994, ACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) has reached more
than 60,000 students and awarded over $12 million in scholarships.
ACE has a
presence in more than 200 cities and is considered the industry's fastest-growing high
school mentoring program, reaching over 8,000 students annually. Many students
remain active alumni through scholarships, mentor relationships and employment
opportunities.
This year ACE Cleveland awarded $63,000 in scholarships to fourteen students at five
