brunch. We are here to offer our personalized service while handling all of the details in
order to make your wedding an unforgettable occasion.
Tasting
A tasting of your wedding cake will be provided by our bakery partner. Arrangements for
your food tasting must be made directly with your caterer.

Food & Beverage Services
Due to health department regulations, our professional food service staff or our approved
suppliers must prepare all food and beverage served at any event held on hotel property.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior approval from your catering
manager. For our guests’ safety, food and beverages may not be taken off the premises.
Alcoholic Beverages
State law requires all persons consuming alcoholic beverages on Hilton Chicago/
Northbrook Property to be of legal age. All individuals consuming alcoholic beverages
must be able to provide an acceptable form of state issued picture identification in order
to verify age upon request. Hilton Chicago/Northbrook reserves the right to terminate
alcohol beverage service at its sole and absolute discretion at any function. Alcoholic
beverages may not be removed from or consumed anywhere outside of the designated
function area. Please note that sales and services of alcoholic beverages are regulated by
the state. State law prohibits any guest from bringing any alcoholic beverages onto hotel
property.
Deposit & Guarantees
Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required to hold
your space. Ninety days prior to your event, a 50% deposit of the minimum is required.
Payment in full is due 4 business days prior to your wedding by a cashier's check,
certified check, credit card, or cash; personal checks are not accepted. Also, a final
guarantee must be confirmed no later than 4 business days of your scheduled event. No
allowance will be made if attendance is less than the number guaranteed. In the event
that the guarantee is not communicated within 4 business days, you will be charged for
the number of guests anticipated at the time of booking. If additional guests are in
attendance, we will make every effort before the event to accommodate such guests based
on the contracted price, but cannot guarantee such accommodations. Prices are subject
to change without notice. 22% service charge and 10% tax will be added to all prices.
Guest Accommodations
We are pleased to offer your guests a special guest room rate for your wedding weekend.
These reduced rates will vary based on room availability.
Security
Hilton Chicago/Northbrook does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any
equipment, materials, merchandise or articles left on premises prior to, during or
following an event. Arrangements for security at your event can be made through your
catering manager.
