THE COOLEST PLACE IN THE PALM BEACHES THIS SUMMER
CityPlace is hot. Always has been, always will be. But this summer,
it’s the coolest place in the Palm Beaches with a new crop of shops and
restaurants ready to open. Explore the latest additions to the menu of
fun at CityPlace this summer.
Note from those

the Muscle Punch.
It’s a knock-out!

Thai Jo is located on the upper level next to Taverna Opa and it’s the
newest culinary venture by the owners of the popular Sushi Jo
restaurants… try artfully prepared dishes such as Lobster and Scallop
Pad Thai and Kobe Beef Satay.
Already a favorite among Downtown
residents and patrons, Wild Ginger Asian Bistro serves up Asianfusion style dishes. Not only does it “deliver” in terms of the food and
experience, it also delivers! Right to your doorstep.
Need a quick
pick-me-up while you shop? Cruise by the new Smoothie King, easy
to find in the charming plaza kiosk. Named the Number-One Juice Bar
Franchise in the nation, the convenient, curb-side beverage bar offers
more than 50 flavors of its signature thick and creamy blends of real
fruit, pure juices and revolutionary enhancers.
Hungry for shopping, too? Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works
are recent additions to the CityPlace mix featuring great summer
bargains and the coolest of styles. S!R Men’s Wear boutique offers
exquisitely designed, tailored French shirts for the fashion-forward man.
Athletes of all types, listen up: Run and Roll just opened near La Salsa,
and offers high-performance running gear and apparel. The store also
hosts a long list of clinics, sports therapy lectures, shoe demonstration
days and regular group runs and walks.

THE BEST OFFICE ADDRESS
IN FLORIDA
CityPlace Tower is now more than 80 percent leased, just
one year after the first tenant moved in last spring. In
today’s tough commercial market, this positions the
office tower as the biggest success story in Florida. The
$110 million, 300,000-square-foot Class-A office building
is regarded as one of best buildings in the southeast,
with its striking contemporary architecture, unmatched
amenities, and hurricane-resistant features. It has set a
new benchmark for top-tier office space in Florida, and
recently added another significant company – Edwards
Angell Palmer & Dodge – to its roster of blue-chip
tenants drawn from around the country.
CityPlace Tower has a $4 million back-up generator
system – more power than any other office building in
the state – which means its “business as usual” even if a
major hurricane hits. In addition to the generators,
the building is equipped with high-impact windows
throughout and multiple telecommunication providers
for uninterrupted power. Details are being finalized now
for the Greater Palm Beach Area Chapter of the American
Red Cross to employ the building’s 7th floor conference
room as a Disaster Action Team response center.
