Kia Ora and Welcome to New Zealand
~ ‘the youngest country on earth’
New Zealand is the last of all the land masses to be discovered and thereby the youngest country on this
planet. It can be compared in size to Great Britain or Japan, but with only 4.2 million people it is also one
of the least crowded countries on earth!
Made up of two main islands, the North and South Islands, and a third smaller
island called Stewart Island, all three islands offer their own unique scenery
and attractions.
The beauty of New Zealand can be found everywhere in the dramatic and
contrasting landscape as well as the friendly and outgoing people who live in
this land. High mountain ranges score a path down the centre of the country,
making way for the sweeping coastlines and beaches that encircle these islands.
Lush, fertile farmlands give way to rainforests and bush which are gateways to
deep, natural fiords and glaciers and home to a variety of wildlife, including the
flightless kiwi bird.
New Zealand is attractive for every type of traveller in all four seasons – Summer
(December to February), Autumn (March to May), Winter (June to August) and
Spring (September to November) with the overall temperatures between these
seasons only varying between around 0 – 30° celsius.
New Zealand’s 100% Pure, clean green image is also a major attraction for
tourists. And now with Kiwiway Vacations we can assist you in reducing
your holiday’s carbon footprint by offering products and services that are
environmentally conscious.
From those requiring peace, relaxation and rejuvenation to those seeking thrills
and adventures, New Zealand is the perfect destination for everyone!
So book your Kiwiway Vacation today and come and see what all the fuss is about!
