PARKING: $10/day parking fee
Day and time:
Please arrive at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday. When you arrive please check in at the registration table. The seminar
begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What
to bring:
l A notebook and pen or pencil.
l Snacks, non-refrigerated, and sealed.
l A closable water bottle.
l A sweater or jacket for room temperature is 68 degrees.
l Money for lunch.
l All cell phones and pagers are turned off before entering the seminar room.
Dress:
Dress comfortably and casually. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Breaks and Meals:

There are 10-15 minute breaks throughout the seminar, approximately every
1 1/2 - 2 hours.
You will have 1 1/4 hours for lunch.
At meals you will go with other participants to local restaurants with an assignment
