MS Conference on Business & Entrepreneur
Development
Participants of the first MS Conference on Business &
Entrepreneur Development enjoyed learning and
being in downtown New Albany for two days.
Conference highlights included: A downtown walking
tour (see group photo above), including a stop at the
trailhead of the newly-opened Tanglefoot Trail, a railsto-trails project which preserves the 44.53-mile
abandoned railroad corridor, now a multi-purpose
public recreational trail. Another favorite stop was an
inside look at Sugaree's Bakery. Thank you to
conference sponsors and partners: Mississippi
Development Authority, Mississippi Economic
Development Council, MSU Extension Service for
Tech Outreach and New Albany Main Street
Association. See more photos.
