for week ending 9th May 2014
This week was all about Mothers Day and preparing for the Mothers- day
Brunch !
The children were involved in every
part of this special day
They made the hand - print table cloths
Did the flower arrangements for the table settings
Made a gift for their moms: decorated a frame
with a beautiful hand written poem beside their
hand print
Wrote and decorated the menus for each table
Prepared the delicious menu of pasta salad,
cheese scones, mixed vegetables and homemade strawberry ice cream
They performed their Mothers day poem
and a Spring song
Desserts!
Grace and courtesy was beautifully
displayed as they lead their moms to
their seats and gently placed a napkin
on their laps
A wonderful time was had by all, great
smiles all around and a few emotions
tears!
