Groups are the network that forms our Community. The life of our church—activities,
evangelism, discipleship—runs through the
life groups.

Revival Fires & Spiritual Awakening
Pray that everyone at NLCC will be a faithful and fruitful
disciple of the Lord Jesus. They will be on fire for God.
Pray that all the children will fall in love with Jesus as their
Saviour and Lord. Pray that God will bless all our ministers
in the children’s Church with the anointing of the Holy Spirit
and with creativity and compassion.
ENGAGE Young Adults Fellowship
Pray that the young men and women of NLCC will be knitted
together in love and unity to be a strong and faithful family of
God. Pray that there will be growth and multiplication in the
life groups. In 2013 may we grow to 200!

your duty to God to be a blessing to the family, and to
grow together in Christ as a family.

sees and be birthed into the G12 vision!

Jane Liew’s testimony
THIS YEAR we are believing that God will use us to reach out to many lives this Christmas
& holiday period!. Every Life Group has the opportunity to get involved in sharing the Gospel
this Christmas through our annual event, the Season of Love. This year we will be focusing on
the importance of prayer, team work and the power of love as the way to win the lost.
You can start preparing your heart NOW by asking God who He wants you to invite to our
Christmas celebrations & how you can be involved in sharing God’s love to all!
NLCC MINISTRY STRATEGY
To live life in COMMUNITY with CHRIST in our midst, through
LIFE GROUPS which promote HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS which
equip & empower people for MINISTRY
Through the
VISION
“I am excited to share what God has spoken to me about NLCC’s
revival! Last Saturday (5th October) after our 8am G12 meetings, we
had a worshipNet prayer session. We began to pray and waited for
the Holy Spirit to move. As we declared the presence of God and His
Holy Spirit to be present, there was a shift in the spiritual atmosphere!
From regular prayer, the Holy Spirit took us to another level where we could feel His
heavy presence. A sister in Christ was so moved by the Holy Spirit and told us to kneel
before God.
As we were praying, God placed a word in my heart and the words “HE HAS set a fire
in NLCC” just kept repeating with emphasis on HE HAS, personally. Every time the two
words ‘HE HAS’ spoke in my heart I just felt so full and so whole in my heart knowing
that GOD has personally SET THIS FIRE in NLCC. I cried so much from my heart knowing
that the Almighty God has His eyes on NLCC, believes in NLCC and has entrusted us
all with this fire. It is so hard to explain what the feeling was because it was of God. All I
know is that God has set this fire and we must be ready!
Friday night (11th October) at YAF, during the last song, the Holy Spirit reminded me
that when God sets a fire, His people must be ready to be ignited by it and enter into
Revival to keep it burning. So let’s continue to press in for more and expect a mighty
outpouring of the Holy Spirit for the revival in NLCC!”
