is Free to Be. Free to Be is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that responds
to a critical service need by using car repairs and car donations to reduce
a primary barrier to employment. Free to Be helps individuals and families
achieve economic security and self-sufficiency by supporting their
transportation needs.

TPC ROSE MISSION
With a growing membership of over fifty energetic women, TPC
ROSE reaches out into our community to increase awareness and
support of local charities. TPC ROSE is dedicated to fulfilling the
mission imbedded in its name:
ROSE stands for “Reach Out - Serve - Empower”
TPC ROSE was founded in April 2008 with the goal of bringing
women together to raise funds for local charities and to serve as
volunteers for other charitable events hosted by the TPC Twin Cities.
TPC ROSE has already raised over $240,000 for area causes! All
charitable donations are administered through ROSE Giving Inc., a
501(c)3 non-profit organization (Federal Tax ID #26-4736619).
TPC ROSE also supports community initiatives throughout the
north metro by mobilizing its members to serve as
volunteers and by leveraging its network to promote
other fundraising events.

organizations that serve the northern Twin Cities Metro area. We also

that would allow our fundraising to truly make a positive impact.

Wine & Roses
Each year, TPC ROSE members generously donate funds to
purchase wines for our signature Wine and Roses. This year our
bottles will be sold individually for $25 and you will draw a cork
with a number to determine which bottle you receive. The wines
were thoughtfully selected by Z Wines and include red and white,
bubbly and rose. Two bottles of wine are valued at $100 each.
There will be a few “special” bottles including one that cannot be
found anywhere in the United States!

Check out our table of Mystery Boxes. Each box is beautifully
wrapped, but exactly what’s inside is a mystery. You can be
assured each box has a guaranteed minimum value of $50. Many

There is NO incremental bidding for the Mystery Boxes. Each will
be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at a flat price of $50 per
box. Arrive early for the best chance to get your bidder number

race, and enjoy fabulous gourmet cuisine at the Proulx’s home.

FUND-A-NEED
Free To Be Emergency Repair Fund
How many times have you gone in to have your car repaired, and
found out there was something more that needed to be fixed or
an additional part was needed? While we hope for the best, many
times exactly what needs to be done to get your car back in
working order can be fairly unpredictable.
This is the world that Free to Be is operating in! Free To Be makes
their best estimate of what it will take to repair each vehicle,
and from there decide whether it is feasible to repair or not, and
figure the expense into their budget accordingly. But inevitably,
the unexpected happens; another part or more is needed. They
cannot - and will not - give an unsafe or less than fully operational
vehicle to their waiting beneficiary. What is Free To Be to do? The
previously planned budgeted expenses can’t be met, impacting
the ability to make the needed repairs for this future beneficiary.
The Fund A Need portion of our evening this year will be the
beginning of a solution for the unexpected – a fund for the
emergency and unexpected repairs that will give Free to Be the
ability to address those extra repairs and parts needed, and keep
them on their course to provide transportation to those most
in need.

1. TEPPANYAKI DINNER FOR 8 WITH THE JUENEMANNS
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy Japanese cooking in a
private dining experience! TPC ROSE President Janet Juenemann and
her husband Pat are opening their Champlin home for an evening of
interactive dining as you observe your dinner being prepared right in
front of you!
The Juenemanns built their kitchen around a commercial teppanyaki
grill to entertain friends and family. Asian inspired appetizers will be
followed by a seven course dinner, complete with wine pairings.
“Chef” Pat prepares multiple courses as you sit and watch the show.
Prepare for a wonderful night of excellent food, entertainment and
group interaction!
Although the style of cooking is Japanese you will be familiar with the
food offerings. Typical ingredients used for teppanyaki western style
are beef, shrimp, scallops, lobster, chicken and assorted vegetables,
some or all of which you will see for your special dinner. The evening
menu can be tailored to specific requests of the group – it’s your night!
To round out the evening, a special dessert course is served as you
sit back in a drawing room atmosphere and enjoy rare vintage port
wine and pairings of assorted dessert treats.

The 3M Championship Insight Pro-Am will be played Wednesday, July
30th of tournament week at the TPC Twin Cities in Blaine.
The Pro-Am is a one-day competition. Four amateurs are paired with a
Champions Tour professional for the day. The format used is a best-ball
using either the pro’s gross score or the team’s net score. Prizes are
