UMF Announces William Slezak to lead Healthcare for North America
(Chicago, IL, July 9, 2012) – UMF Corporation, a developer of infection prevention products,
today announced that William Slezak has joined the company as vice president of Healthcare for
North America. Slezak will be based in the Washington D.C. area.
A sales, marketing, and business development veteran with more than 20 years of experience,
Slezak will play an integral role in developing new markets and increasing the company’s market
share. As such, he will be responsible for creating strategies to drive revenue growth and to deliver
industry-leading solutions that meet customer needs.

Slezak has worked for a provider of commercial cleaning solutions, as well as a premier
provider of computer systems and software. He has held leadership positions and participated in
numerous industry organizations, including the Association for the Healthcare Environment, the
International Executive Housekeeping Association, and the Association of periOperative Registered
Nurses and looks forward to further growing these relationships.
Slezak received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Maryland.
