Tilt Tray Sorters Tilt Tray Sorters from Tech Conveyor, Inc. are designed to be fast, versatile, quiet and simple to use to sort a variety of products including poly bags, kraft envelopes, DVD’s, CD’s, small and large corrugated boxes. Tilt Tray Sorters are used for order assembly, outbound shipping, and return goods. The Tilt Tray hardware utilizes field proven devices designed to operate quickly and efficiently throughout any type of sorting process. Whether you use your controls and induction unit(s) or Tech Conveyor supplied controls and induction units with in-motion scales, tilt tray sorters are some of the longest lasting, most efficient and most flexible means of sortation in the distribution industry. Some of the main components of the Tilt Tray Sorter are as follows: Chain The aluminum chain has universal joints so the chain can bend in both the horizontal and vertical planes.
