Standard Cover Order Instructions
Choose your standard cover, add and preview your overprint, and submit to Memory Book
Company all from your own computer! If you want to upgrade your yearbook and have the
school name and year in gold, silver, red, or black foil for an additional charge, please do not
continue, notify your sales consultant immediately.
Step 1 - Account Login
Step 2 - Choose Binding Type
To log in, simply open your internet browser
and go to: mbc.v4.pressero.com/login.
Enter the username and password e-mailed to
you by your sales consultant. If you can’t find
that e-mail, give us a call and we will provide
the information needed.
Click on the type of binding you have
already discussed with your sales consultant.
Hardback books include both casebound and
smythe-sewn, and softback books include
saddle-stitched, perfect bound, and coil
bound books.
Step 3 - Enter Quantity
Enter the highest possible estimate of the number of books you will be purchasing in the
Number of Copies field indicated, enter Number of Pages, Lamination, and then Binding
Style. Click on the Customize Order button.
Note: You may modify the Number of Copies and Number of Pages when you submit your
yearbook files.

Step 4 - Enter Your Overprint Information
On the next screen, type your school name exactly as you would like it to appear on your cover. The program also allows
you to type additional lines of text depending on the cover chosen. (This could include school year, address, etc.)
The final optional line of text (for hardback and casebound books only) will add text to the spine of your book.
Once the cover is correct, check the box indicating Add to Cart.
Having trouble seeing your
cover? Change the “size”
here to preview your cover.
Add to Cart.
After typing school name and year (if applicable), select green check button. Extra spaces
that are made on this screen will not be viewable until the cart symbol is clicked.
Want to create your own proof to
keep?
Right-click on the image, and save it to your
desktop. You now have a proof you can print
and view at any time!
Please check your cover carefully.
Checking this button, (I accept
the conditions) and clicking
Continue will be your way of
approving your cover for press. You
will NOT receive a proof of your
cover before it is printed.
Step 5 - Shopping Cart
In the Shopping Cart, check that the proper quantity is
added. If a change needs to be made, click on edit and
add the proper number. Advance to the edit screen for
additional changes to the cover content.
If the cover is correct advance to the Checkout screen.

Step 6 - Checkout
In the Checkout screen make sure billing address is correct
and enter school code. Your school code is printed on the
letter provided in your yearbook kit. It can also be obtained
by calling your sales consultant.

Need to update your e-mail
information?
Once in the Checkout screen you have the
ability to change your e-mail address and
billing information. To do so click ‘Add New
Address.’ Change any information necessary
and click ‘Shopping Cart’ to proceed back to
the checkout screen.
Step 7 - Order Confirmation
This is your order confirmation.
Please click Print Summary.
The proof of your design will take 3-5
minutes to replace the current image
of the cover you selected.
Refresh or reload your page
periodically until the new proof is
displayed.

Upload your school mascot here or use a
standard mascot provided below. If you will
not be uploading your custom mascot, please
delete the custom image field.

YOU DESIGN IT
STEP 1: Click on the “You Design it” icon in the Cover Order Center.
STEP 2: Enter your Job Number and State abbreviation.
Please enter your page and copy count.
Please verify your binding style and lamination choice.
STEP 3: If you are submitting a finished cover, click produce text as submitted.

STEP 4: If you would like Memory Book to typeset your front cover, check the box, and enter
your type as you would like it to reproduce on your cover.
STEP 5: If your binding style is “Hardback,” enter in type for the spine, or indicate “no spine
printing.”
STEP 6: Indicate if your consultant should contact you about a custom application.
(i.e. Personalization, Foiling, Lamination, Embossing/Debossing, & Custom Cover
Material)
STEP 7: Upload your files. Click Browse to select and upload your cover file. If you are
submitting original artwork for your cover, please indicate as such, submit the
form, and contact your sales consultant.
STEP 8: Click Submit to submit your form and cover files. If you have special instructions
for your cover, please indicate this in Additional Instructions.

Book Company all from your own computer!

To Login, simply open your internet browser

Click Yearbook Promotional Materials to
begin choosing the promotional material that
will help boost yearbook sales.
Step 3 - Select a Promotional Product
Choose from Take-Home Envelopes, Online Pay Forms, Reminder Stickers and more to
spread the word about your yearbook and to encourage sales!

Online Parent Pay Flier

Choose the version of the flier you need.
Choose how many fliers you need. They are
available in bundles of 25. Click Customize
Order when ready.

Fill in School Name, Pay code, and enter a the
price the yearbooks are selling for.
If you are offering Personalization or Love
Lines, please fill in these spots.
Enter a date in which to have the orders in by.
Questions? Fill in the Questions field so
people know who to contact if they have
questions.
Have more info to share? Fill in the Optional
Line of Type with the information.
Click Update Preview after making any
changes to see the most updated look of the
flier.
When finished, check “Yes, I approve this
document” and then click the Add to Cart
button.

Online Banner Orders
Choose your banner color, add and preview your overprint, and submit to Memory Book Company!
Step 1 - Go to Site
Step 2 - Product Info
Simply open your internet browser and go
to: products.memorybook.com or click on
the banner above.
To create a Memory Book Online Banner,
click MBC 60 inch Banner or the banner
image.
This screen will show the details and price
of the banner. Click Customize Order to
begin customizing your banner.
Step 3 - Customize

Create your banner by
adding an image, text, and
background.
Click the green Check
Mark to add the banner to
your shopping cart when
finished. Click the Red X
to go back to the product
confirmation screen.

Review your banner and then click “I Accept the
conditions” and then click Continue.
In the Shopping Cart, check that the proper quantity is
added. Click Checkout as Guest to proceed with your
order.
If a change needs to be made, click on Edit. Advance to
the selection screen and click Customize Order. Click the
Green Check Mark when finished making changes.
Step 6 - Guest Account Information
In the Guest Account Information screen fill out
all fields. Enter the Billing Contact and Billing
Address information. Click Shipping Same as
Billing if the Shipping and Billing information
are the same. Once all fields are completed click
Continue to proceed.
Step 7 - Checkout
In the Checkout screen, enter your credit
card information. Review the Billing Address
and Order Summary. Click Submit Order to
checkout.
Step 8 - Order Confirmation
You will receive
a confirmation email
that Memory Book
Company has received
your online order.
After checkout you will be directed to
the Order Confirmation Screen. Here
you will be able to see a proof of your
banner and print a summary of your
order.
