From the Governor
Greetings fellow Moose members,
I think we finally have our board of
officers nailed down. Due to family
issues Rick Wagner was forced to
resign as Governor and return home to
tend to his ailing mother. Please keep
Rick and his family in your thoughts.
Effective July we go non smoking.
Smoking areas will be designated
8 feet away from all entrances. The
patio will be smoking 8 feet from the
entrance of the lodge.
A big thank you to all of our members
who continue to come out and support
our lodge. The meal nights and the
weekends are going well. Watch
the newsletter for upcoming events.
$1,000 and $10,000 countdown tickets
are still available while quantities last.

Meeting nights have been moved to
Tuesday nights. Lodge meetings are the
2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
Our new Touch-tunes jukebox seems
to be doing well. A nice variety of
music is being played nightly.
Football season is right around the
corner. The Colts report to training
camp soon. We plan to have viewing
parties and pitch-ins once the season
begins. Consider watching the 2012
Colts season w/ us!
Thanks to everyone that has helped
out in the kitchen over the past year.
We have recently just celebrated our
1 year reopening of the kitchen and
things are going well. Thanks to all
of our great members who come out
to eat and help support our kitchen.
Most of the help at the lodge is
done w/ volunteer help. Thanks to an
outstanding group of volunteers that
help clean, cook, mow, do office work
and keep the day to day aspects of the
lodge going. W/out your efforts we
would not succeed as a lodge.

many of the volunteers can represent
the lodge at the international
horshoe tournament in Virginia.
We will be open on Wed. the 18th
& reopen on Wed. the 25th

Ticket sales are going well. If you
haven’t got your tickets for the $1000
countdown on August 18 you better
get them quick!!
Tickets are $10 which get you in the
drawing and entertainment (Snake
Charmers Band). If you don’t have a
countdown ticket you can still get in
to the show free if you are a member, $5 cover for guests and general
public. The kitchen will be open that
night also with a full menu, so come
out eat and be ready to have a great
night August 18th!!
Also, don’t forget your ticket for the
Grand Finale $10,000 countdown on
November 24th. You definitely DO
