This is an open letter that is currently on the Internet with links attached.
As you are fully aware, I have posted a website titled, “ONE MAN’S FIGHT
AGAINST CORRUPTION.”

You are a trickster, a cheat and a liar!
You are a lackey and a bagman for Freeman Exposition Inc. and probably the
same for other convention contractors.

Attached is a notarized written statements by Dennis Love and by
myself
These written statements were forwarded to Kym Heckman of OSHA of
Nevada, to Freeman Exposition Inc. And to the Teamster Union local 631.
Please note, while I was still at Concentra, Freeman Safety Officer Fred
Durham informed me that I would not be paid for a full day.
This reduction in hours for that day would have a dramatic impact on
the amount that I would be receiving from Workmen’s Compensation!
Fred Durham also informed the Freeman Shop Steward “Not to fill out
an accident report.”
The Shop Steward’s response, “Silence.”
I immediately instructed the Shop Steward to prepare an accident
report and provide me with a copy ASAP!
I turned to Fred Durham and told him, “I don’t want to hear another
word out of you unless it is in writing.”
Fred Durham is a company man and is subsequently a lowlife and a
scumbag!
Dennis Love was the witness to my injury, but his testimony is actually
unnecessary and unimportant!
If the succession of events surrounding the crushing injury to my left
foot did not transpire as described, there would not have been an injury!
The subtraction of the occurrence of any of these events and I would not
have been injured!
To this day I have to walk deliberately or I start to limp.
I missed an enormous amount of work!
I frequently attended physical therapy sessions.
The cost came out of my pocket.
I needed Cortisone injections into my left foot and a lot of pain pills in
order to be able to work!

When I arrived home from Concentra, I cut a 2 x 4 with a skill saw so
that I could push down my clutch pedal so that I could shift gears.
I drove to Smith’s and they filled a prescription for pain medication.
At that point, I had still not been given any medication at all for pain,
but of course they made sure I was immediately drug tested.
Freeman Exposition Inc. and the Teamster Union local 631 are a
complete and total disgrace!
As a result of Freeman Safety Officer Fred Durham’s remarks, I
contacted OSHA at the Henderson office and spoke with investigator Kym
Heckman for the first and only time.
Like yourself, Kym Heckman turned out to be a corrupt trickster, cheat
and liar!
The following day at work, a Teamster Shop Steward of local 631
approached Dennis Love and started asking him questions.
He asked Dennis Love if I had been “paying attention when I was
injured.”
At no time did this Union Shop Steward ask Dennis Love if forklift
operator Don Reed had been “paying attention when I was injured.”
You scumbags are really something else!
Shortly afterwards, Dennis Love was laid off after four hours!
He returned every day for eight straight days to try to get on through
the “bullpen.”
At the beginning of the following year, which is the busiest season for
convention work, Dennis Love’s Union dues were paid.
I know, because I personally paid his dues.
His name was never on the out of work list, therefore as a Journeyman
with the Teamster Union he could never have been dispatched!
Dennis love was banned from returning to work for Freeman and
Dennis love was banned from being dispatched for any work by the
Teamster Union local 631!

YOU AND THE REST OF YOUR CRONIES AT LOCAL 631
WERE FULLY INVOLVED IN THESE DESPICABLE ACTIONS!
I was banned by Freeman from returning to work.
When I was cleared to return to work, I drove to the Freeman labor
trailer located at the Las Vegas convention Center parking lot.
I was instructed to return in three days
When I returned I was handed a Freeman time slip with “Do
not sign in” written on it with a red marking pen!
Between my last and first name where the numbers “86.”
I immediately drove to the Teamster local 631 Union hall and spoke to
you!
You instructed me to contact Freeman Shop Steward Terry Schartung.
He was unavailable.
I sent him a notarized letter sent by certified mail with a return receipt
requested.

I also sent a notarized letter to Mike Feliciano, Regional Director for
Freeman Exposition Inc. by certified mail with a return receipt requested.
Three weeks went by with no reply of any kind by anyone!
You scumbags are really something else!
This is all described in great detail in “Episode 12” of my website.
I filed a complaint with the Nevada Department of Business and
Industry.
I drove to the Freeman office to serve this complaint upon Mike
Feliciano.
Make no mistake, like yourself, Mike Feliciano is a trickster, a cheat
and a liar!
We had a face-to-face sit down.
Without asking my permission he placed a tape recorder on the
conference table.
The conference started.
Shortly afterwards, labor coordinator Cheryl King entered the
conference room and sat down.
I wanted to know why Mike Feliciano had not responded to my
letter for three weeks.
His responses were evasive and fraudulent!
Then I asked what the “86” between my last name and first
name signified.
Once again, both these individuals are con artist, tricksters and
cheats!
The day before this sit down conference, Don Reed, the forklift
operator that crushed my left foot between a forklift platform and
the rear of the truck trailer, dragged a security guard over 30 feet
by door 41 of South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center!

Of course none of this information was relayed to me by either
Mike Feliciano or Cheryl King.
Had I been aware that Don Reed had in fact injured another
individual with a forklift, I would have left for my home office and
started typing up a lawsuit!
Freeman contacted their third-party administrator and informed them
that I was only dispatched for a four hour “mini” and that my average
monthly wage was $1041.
This is a boldfaced lie by Freeman Exposition Inc.
As always, I had been dispatched by name and I have the dispatch to
prove it.
Secondly to state that my average monthly wage was $1041 in the month
of January is absurd.
This is absolutely the busiest time of the year for convention work.
It is not uncommon for journeymen workers like myself to work seven
days a week 12 hours a day or more it is not inconceivable to make upwards
of eight to $10,000 in the month of January.
Once again this is the type of tactics that unscrupulous men without any
sense of moral accountability implement!
I went to the Teamster Hall Local 631 in Las Vegas and initially spoke
with a Business Agent by the name of “Michelle.”
She had previously worked for me when we were both at
“Renaissance”.
I would describe our relationship as cordial.
I informed Michelle that I simply required a letter with a Teamster
letterhead indicating that this is the busiest time of the convention year.
Michelle was rude and actually started to ridicule me!
I informed Michelle that my request was simple and reasonable.

I also asked her why she had a bug up her ass and told her I wanted to
speak with her superior!
That next person I spoke with was you!
In any event I walked out of the Teamster Local 631 Union hall emptyhanded!
In 1995, while I was working for EAS, my left knee was shattered!
I submitted to three separate surgical procedures and the final one was
the charm.
For all intents and purposes my left knee was repaired!
Plus I received somewhere in the neighborhood of $75,000
Did I consider that a fair settlement?
Absolutely not, but at least a concerted attempt was made to do the
right thing.
Like Freeman, EAS tried to pull the same thing and that was to
fraudulently attempt to severely decrease the amount of money that I was
making, which was considerable.
Teamster Business Agent Bill Christian, extended a
great effort on my behalf.
That is what a “Brotherhood” is supposed to be all about!

The crushing injury to my left foot was a serious injury to
begin with.
The extent of my injuries was grossly misdiagnosed by an
unscrupulous and deceitful doctor on the Workmen’s Compensation
list.
I paid to have an MRI done of my left foot and the
Radiologist’s report indicated additional injuries.
These additional injuries were confirmed by no less than two
separate podiatrists.

The first doctor diagnosed the injury as fractured metatarsal
bones and toes.
These bones healed!
However this photograph very clearly indicates an injury
where the foot meets the lower leg at the ankle. (Talus)
This additional injury was not initially diagnosed
I consider the manner in which I was treated by “Dr.
Raissi,” Freeman, the Teamster Union, Workmen’s
Compensation, OSHA and Judge Michael Villani as
completely and utterly disgraceful!

Freeman Exposition Inc. hired a law firm
with a corrupt and unscrupulous little lawyer
to fight me every step of the way!
For the past seven years it has been extremely difficult and painful to do
this type of work.
Freeman made absolutely no attempt to either fix my foot or train me to
do other type of work where I am off my feet!
This would have been the right thing to do!
Freeman is incapable of doing the right thing!
My left foot was crushed by the gross negligence of an incompetent and
reckless forklift operator employed by Freeman that should not have been on
the show floor!
This individual should have been forbidden from operating a forklift!
Instead he continued operating a forklift in a grossly improper manner.
He went on to seriously injure another individual.
It is actually my understanding that Don Reed has injured several
individuals!
As a Journeyman Carpenter, running the backend of construction sites,
it was part of my job to safely load joist and truss loads onto framed units.
I am an experienced Pettibone operator.
It is my contention that the individuals that run Freeman and the
Teamsters Local 631 in Las Vegas are corrupt little boys.
