DOCUMENTATION
We will place reference material for your home which includes the most common information a
prospective buyer would want to know and documents for contract writing on the agent’s service
website and your website. This should ensure prospects and their agents have full disclosure and all
the information they might need to make their decision! You can assist by providing as much
documentation as possible for your listing appointment (Deed, HOA Documents and Contact
Information, Plat, Survey, Well & Septic Certifications, Certificate of Occupancy, Building Permits, Floor
Plans, etc.)
SIGNAGE
A yard sign will be placed on your lot in the most visible location. We will do our
best to check periodically and ensuring the signs remain upright and in good order.
Please let us know between visits if it needs attention. You may also have one or
more riders attached to your sign that will assist prospective buyers in obtaining
more information about your property.
PRICING
Seller and the Listing agent will mutually agree upon the listing price. If after 30 days, based on either a
lack of showings, buyer feedback or offers that indicate the price should be adjusted, we can do so at
that time. Strategy may differ for short sales or other distressed properties. We can also help you stage
your home, if necessary, to ensure your house puts its best face forward!
CONVENIENCE AND SECURITY
Your home is secure with a SentriLock box.
Only agents or authorized professionals with current license subscriptions can open the box during the
open access hours. Record of all agents accessing lockbox, date & time of access.
SCHEDULED UPDATES
We will work together to personalize a contact schedule. This will include the frequency of showing
feedback, price review and analysis and any other relevant communication.
