The History…
The Old Concrete Street Amphitheater is South Texas’ premier special events complex. The facility rests on the
grounds of a 1930’s concrete plant that played a vital role in the construction of the Corpus Christi Sea Wall. The
natural bowl shape of the cement yard provides an ideal acoustic form.
The Charm…
The Old Market Pavilion Stage is a covered entertainment facility that combines
the nostalgic feel of a marketplace with the necessities of a modern concert facility. The
Pavilion Stage gives our event-goers an up close and personal experience. Incredible
acoustics, food court and walk up bars complete this charming area of the park.
The Amphitheater Main Stage has one of the most spectacular natural
presentations In North America. Spectators are treated to the breathtaking view
of ships passing through The Port Channel under the newly lit Harbor Bridge,
combined with the beautiful skyline of downtown Corpus Christi. When the sun
goes down, over 5,000 white festoon bulbs light up the park to create an incredible ambience.
