Standard Features & Benefits
  Round post system is interchangeable with
other manufacturers’ shelving products
  The unit can be assembled without tools and
used in most environments
  Shelves are rated to support 1,250 lbs (565 kg)
of uniformly distributed static weight for shelves
up to 60" length
  Shelves are designed with extra trusses
providing a high load rating, less deflection, and

faster assembly and better shelf alignment
  One-piece hinged Sure-Lock™ coupler makes
assembly easy and improves stability of the unit
with a double lock on post grooves. The ribbed

Wire Shelves
Specifications
Shelves
Each shelf has a minimum of 4 trusses. The
shelving is constructed of C1006 Plating
Quality Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
Posts
Posts consist of 1" round tubing with .065" (16
gauge) thick walls made of plating quality cold
rolled steel. Grooves are spaced 1" apart with
embossed numbers. Each post has a plastic
top cap and leveling foot.
Finishes
GOLD BOND® and GREY BOND®
proprietary epoxy-based finish formulated to
provide superior corrosion and abrasion
resistance. Ideal for use in dry storage,
coolers, and freezers.
STAINLESS STEEL – shelves and posts
constructed of 300 Series Stainless Steel.
PLATING PLUS™ – Carbon Steel plated with
Bright Zinc and then lacquer-coated.
