POINTS TO NOTE:
1. Students should arrive 5 minutes prior to the school bell. School gates will close sharp at 8.30 a.m. Late
comers (beyond 8.30 a.m) will be sent back home.
2. Wear clean, neatly ironed school uniform.
3. Set examples by speaking of discipline in students where they are respectful towards all teachers and follow
school rules
4. On receipt of the handbook students are to carry the student handbook to school every day. We encourage
communication between parent and teachers / Principal through handbook. No verbal requests will be
entertained. Parents are requested to check the ward's class work and home work details and acknowledge
the remarks if any, written by the teacher.
5. Bring only the books in the order of the day. They should not carry any electronic gadgets without the
permission of the teacher / Principal.
6. Attend all coaching / special classes / Special assemblies organized by the school.
7. Bring all the requirements for the day (textbooks, notebooks, lunch bag etc) with them. School will not be
responsible to send it to the class if it is brought by the parent later.
8. Students who are irregular in completing the class work or homework will be required to stay back in school
and complete the work after school hours. The same will be intimated through prior communication made
through students handbooks. Parents will have to make their own arrangements to pick up their wards in such
cases on those days.
9. The Notebooks and the textbooks have to be neatly covered, labelled and maintained as directed by the
teachers.
10. The School follows CBSE, CCE Evaluation pattern. Academic year's evaluation is based on Formative and
Summative assessments. Each classwork / homework activity of the class will have weight-age and it is very
important for the student to consider each assignment whether set for home or class , sincerely.
Concerned teachers will share the complete guidelines on the evaluation system with the students
Parents are their child's first teachers and we consider ourselves a part of the family, as we mould the learners
and build their future on a strong home-school partnership.
We invite your participation in your child's education. Please feel free to contact us whenever there is a need.
We will definitely be there to assist.
