Also included are the programs for the satellite meetings of the Australian Dermatology Nurses’ Association and the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists. The convenors of the meeting are Dr Karen Koh, Dr Priya Selva-Nayagam and Dr Sachin Vaidya. The South Australian Faculty, on behalf of the College, welcomes Fellows, trainees, students and other medical professionals to the meeting. The Annual Scientific Meeting program incorporates major changes to the meeting previously adopted by the College. The meeting is now of four days’ duration, commencing on Saturday and finishing on Tuesday; and there are concurrent sessions with the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists and overlapping with both the Australian Dermatology Nurses’ Association meeting and the meeting of the Australasian Society for Dermatologic Research. Yu – Western Australia PR OGRAM The scientific sessions of the meeting will be held in Hall L of the Adelaide Convention Centre. Concurrent sessions will be held in Hall M. The registration desk will open on Saturday 16 May from 0700 and will be open throughout the meeting. The conference organiser’s office and secretariat are in Room L1b (off Foyer L and behind the speakers’ preparation room). College has a stand (No.1) in the trade exhibition, manned by members of the College staff. Come and meet the staff and find out what we can do for you. Pick up some leaflets and other freebies; find out about the website; check your CPD. We are located just to the left, after you enter the main entrance of the exhibition. The ID tags are recyclable, so delegates are asked to return these at the end of the meeting. ID tags must be worn at all times. Delegates without ID may be refused entry to sessions and to the trade exhibition. 9 Please assist exhibitors by using the bar code on your ID tag to identify yourself to them. The speakers’ preparation room is located in Room L1a of the Adelaide Convention Centre (next to the organiser’s office). The room is staffed daily. The technician will be on hand one hour before the start of each session, then 30 minutes after close of the final session. Presenters are encouraged to hand their presentations in at least two hours before required onstage, or the day before if presenting early in the morning. The trade exhibition is in Hall H. It will be open on the following days: unday 17 May from 1000 to 1600 S (1245 official opening) Monday 18 May from 1000 to 1600 Tuesday 19 May from 1000 to 1400 Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served in the trade exhibition, on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. If there are papers of sufficient merit, the following awards/prizes will be awarded: The morning and afternoon tea breaks will be for half an hour.
