With new Spot welding series of robots, Rhythmsoft can now offer you a cost-effective alternative in the highly
competitive arc welding market.
Rhythmsoft offers Robot cell simulation with KUKA
Pro, designed for offline programming of KUKA robots. It
allows cycle time analysis and robot program generation
and is connected in Real time to KUKA OfficeLite, KUKA's
virtual robot controller.
Cycle time analysis : Simulations predicts cycle times in a
virtual environment without having to build the real work
cell, thereby saving testing time. Since the virtual controller
program is identical in every way to the software running on
real robot, the cycle times predicted in simulation are very
accurate indeed.
Offline programming :OfficeLite features to write robot
programs directly in KRL and avoid the need for post
processors. Tools for workpiece calibration assist in offline
programming tasks. In addition, programs made in the field
can be loaded one-to-one into KUKA OfficeLite to review
programs made by robot programmers.
